I persnally think tat it's a mounted skeleton in the new Visitor's center. And, a rex will destroy the skeleton.
Cause I have no idea what your talking about.
Thanks Noah I was looking at this picture today wondering what it was thanks for clearing it up looks like Spino got his ass handed to him!
How am I annoying? It was doomed to fail, what you are trying to do is and was impossible to accomplish.
It's amusing to him because of fractal curves.
Your annoying me right now raptor
Nice story so far. Next time, just click start discussion once and only once. IF it doesn't load, tell the page to stop loading and then click again.
How is this amusing to you SF
Relax, do you not see? Chaos Theory explains it all.
I thought you liked my stories!
Raptor just EXPLAIN IT ALL.
Relax, I knew. I knew it from the beginning. It was doomed to fail. It's an accident waiting to happen.
Thanks guys sorry for the repeat.
What could you explain. And you did not know I would say that.
My bad. 30.06 seconds. Yes, I timed it.
What are you talking about raptor?
The tour, the one you and others will take opening week.
Nice start.
I'll go lock the repeat for you.
What hidden message? Me happy and how about you read the gorgo vs acro fight again!!
Yes I did as a matter of fact. And I do belive the tour will explain, the tour you're about to take.
Well you know what, you just think I can't wright properly and I am not that predictable. Did you know I was gonna say that.NO you didn't and I am not predictable in the slightest.
Well, sometime tomorRow morning, you'll post A topic asking a question. The toPic will consist of one senTance, about 10-20 words long. If nOt, a question, a fight that will take about 30 seconds to read, and the larger dinosaur will win, unless it's part of your Utahraptor Rampage series, in which case Utahraptor will win. Also, you didn't see the hidden message in heRe.
It already has been, for example, I predicted your reply would have 2 words. However, I was wrong, because at then end it had a period.
Well, I certainly think it's possible, but Carnosaur has explained pretty much everything. Of course it could get bigger, after all, humans are able to get bigger...
my computer crashes so i submit the fight early and add bits to the fight till i am done so i wont get logged out.
@arnosaur i said a largew acro so it would be 12 meter and 6 tons
yes, but we have around thirty individuals. Putting their sizes together, we can get what's called a "sample average" - basically an average on the animals we already have, as i've already stated in the past.
While we do have a small fraction of the probable millions of tyrannosaurus individuals that stalked our little blue planet, what we have right now gives us a practicable size for the species.
Another example of this is Allosaurus Fragilis, but i won't cover it here
Cannibalism in Tyrannosaurus rex has been documented pretty fairly. Here's a paper on the tyrant lizard king eating the face off of other tyrant lizard kings...: http://www.plosone.org/article/info%3Adoi%2F10.1371%2Fjournal.pone.0013419
Where are you getting these numbers?
Gorgosaurus was 9 meters long, 7/8 feet tall, and weighed around two tons
Acrocanthosaurus was 11-12 meters long, 5.5 tons, and stood probably in the 10-12 foot tall range.
Two Gorgosaurus might be able to pull it off, but the odds would be 55/45 in favor of Acro imo.
I don't see why it couldn't hit 8 tons. Probably 7-7.5 tons average for a healthy adult.
ya we only found a TINY fraction of the whole species.
I say it could get bigger. Al becuase we have a lot of same sized skeletons doesn't mean that is the actual average. That just means that is the size they get at before they die. Cannabalism?
I doubt it would get much bigger in any sense due to there already being a good amount of T-Rex specimens found and the estimations are all preety close, which means that was probably the average size. The largest one, as we all know, is Sue at 43 ft in length.
We have a lot of topics on Spino, Rex, And Giga...as well as Carcharadontosaurus. I'm far too lazy to go and look for links though, but for all intensive purposes Giga was smaller then rex, spino, but was bigger then Carcharodontosaurus
