Well i'm not denying the existence of God or gods, we are just saying that creationism is unrealistic and evolution is more of a realistic explanation. You can believe in God and believe in Macro-evolution, I think God or gods would allow their creations to evolve on their own and perhaps even make small adjustments similar to how we changed the wolf into a plethora of different dog breeds.

Not gonna happen. I'm pissed off rn, and debating rn will give me a headache. My only wish is that you two will truly see that the diversity, the beauty, the awe of the natural world did not happen by chance.

Well living fossils do in fact exist but it doesn't contradict evolution, it just managed to survive its extinction. That is for another topic

XenotarisDinosaurs ForumDinosaur Evolution: A Journey from Tetrapod to Bird

Birds evolved from small feather dinosaurs, the fact that we have fossils that show birds steadily becoming more birdlike and less dinosaur-like was evident in the late cretaceous

Anyways, you do you Xenotaris. Excited for the next part.

Goji, if you want to continue an evolution discussion, make another topic and leave this topic to what it was originally discussing pls. If you do... looking forward to it. AND WATCH THE FRIGGIN VID-

Cut off for putting too much effort.

Back to Dinosaur evolution? Okay.

Dinosaur's are still alive today. I don't mean birds, I mean the cryptids like Mokele-Mbembe.

I am now going to return this forum post back to its original topic and that is DINOSAUR EVOLUTION

... Goji... that isn't from a bunch of water at once, that's water falling over time. And mud. You know... like oceans or swamps... not floods... also, that's why the grand canyon has so many lines, it was a river that dried up. Not FLOODED. If it was flooded the lines wouldn't be so distinct, especially if the flood fell down as quickly as the Bible says.

I feel like i'm being crushed by a giant rock.

GmkgojiDinosaurs ForumDinosaur Evolution: A Journey from Tetrapod to Bird

How the heck do you think the geologic column got formed? Not by time periods, but by a FLOOD. Only in rushing water does sand, clay, and rock stack like that.

Reply
XenotarisDinosaurs ForumDinosaur Evolution: A Journey from Tetrapod to Bird

Also freshwater animals and salt water animals can not live in the same water, if there was a great flood, all the freshwater fish would have died off real quick.

The sea animals have more diversity due to not having to get on a giant wooden ark.

Reply
XenotarisDinosaurs ForumDinosaur Evolution: A Journey from Tetrapod to Bird

Yes but those two animals would have died off due to  inbreeding, they wouldn't be able to evolve into the many species we today because they would have died off by the 7th or 10th generation due to birth defects, its the reason why you don't marry your brother or sister and have sex with them.

GmkgojiDinosaurs ForumDinosaur Evolution: A Journey from Tetrapod to Bird

Also, I'm not denying the existence of species, i'm just saying that all species of a specific kind of animal evolved from two animals of a specific kind.

I need to make a spinoff topic about Cat evolution

Reply
TheLazyFishDinosaurs ForumDinosaur Evolution: A Journey from Tetrapod to Bird

Ok everyone, calm down. I know it's infuriating to hear that... but we should all take a moment to not turn this into another screaming match. I mean come on, we aren't trying to troll one another or something like someone I know...

XenotarisDinosaurs ForumDinosaur Evolution: A Journey from Tetrapod to Bird

We have been providing evidence that macro-evolution is real, If there was no species of cats how come Cheetahs and Leopards can't reproduce from one or another? Because they belong to two different cat subfamilies, two different genus, and two different SPECIES! GENETICS DISPROVES YOU!

TheLazyFishDinosaurs ForumDinosaur Evolution: A Journey from Tetrapod to Bird

He's not calling you an idiot, he's just saying denying evidence would be acting like an idiotic creationist, more of a caution really.

Reply
XenotarisDinosaurs ForumDinosaur Evolution: A Journey from Tetrapod to Bird

Not to mention a population born of two of each animal would be doom to extinction within several generations, I would like to say by 10th generation.

Reply
GmkgojiDinosaurs ForumDinosaur Evolution: A Journey from Tetrapod to Bird

Xenotaris, are you fucking insulting me? By calling me an idiotic creationist?

Reply
XenotarisDinosaurs ForumDinosaur Evolution: A Journey from Tetrapod to Bird

Gmkgoji: GENETICS DISAGREES WITH YOU!

Jawless fish are not same as Cartilaginous fish or Bony fish.

Cartilaginous fish are not the same as Bony Fish

Hell Bony fish are not the same as Bony Fish as we have Rayfin fish and Lobefin fish.

We do have evidence of a plethora of extinct fossil species of Fish that evolved legs to climb out of the water. That is how we get amphibians, to deny that is to be an idiotic creationist!

... wut? Also, if that story is true, then ever living creature commits incest every day. Also, what happened to all the creatures that are extinct now? Don't tell me there wasn't enough room for a couple of Petrolacosaurus or Micropachycephalosaurus! Besides that, how did he manage to capture two of every single creature from across the globe? Or even his own country or lands? Also, that means TONS of creatures would have died out, because as soon as they were released there would be conflicts, and each creature would lose one of the principal members of their species. Also, they wouldn't have been able to adapt! And the carnivores would prey on the last two herbivores they can, and then die. And the plants! There would be nothing for the herbivores to feed on! Hell, there wouldn't have been anything left for US to eat, at least not before a few months of farming! Also, citing Noah's Flood, an event that makes no sense and there's no evidence for happening, is not evidence. Lastly, they'd all be stuck in the same environment, so they probably would have only adapted to the one environment... if any of them even survived. The only ones that may stand a chance of surviving are mosquitos and house flies... even then! Plus, if that's true, then we shouldn't have such diversity anyways, because it would have only been a few thousand years and so we wouldn't have friggin moas, emus, pigeons, etc. Also, how did anything get to Australia?!!!

Guys,i wanted to tell ya something...

EDB Season 2 is cancelled...

I just don't have the time...

I don't just simply make it...

And,its hard...

Reply
GmkgojiDinosaurs ForumDinosaur Evolution: A Journey from Tetrapod to Bird

Diversity is a moot point.

All creatures adapted to the environment they got stuck in after the great flood.

Reply
TheLazyFishDinosaurs ForumDinosaur Evolution: A Journey from Tetrapod to Bird

... Then every creature should be DRASTICALLY different. They really shouldn't be the same at all if that was the case!

Reply
GmkgojiDinosaurs ForumDinosaur Evolution: A Journey from Tetrapod to Bird

Nope. No purpose except to show the beauty of creation.

Reply
TheLazyFishDinosaurs ForumDinosaur Evolution: A Journey from Tetrapod to Bird

I mean, we could talk about it being evidence of evolution, but it's kinda minor and I don't want to get into specifics. It's also pretty complex, and I don't want to get into that. I mean, I have to live up to my name!

I know that LazyFish,i just forgot what the word was,its was ontogeny, thanks for the reminder!

TheLazyFishDinosaurs ForumDinosaur Evolution: A Journey from Tetrapod to Bird

It is when you don't specify. Ok so explain this: why are so many different groups so similar? Like an amphibian to a fish? Why do so many creatures possess the same, initial components? Why does every creature have DNA, if god created each group differently? Also, if he created each kind to do be a certain thing, then why do creatures of different kinds occupy the same niches, or creatures of the same kind occupying a bunch of different niches? Surely God created each kind for some, specific purpose?

BIRDS IN GENERAL! NOT SPECIES! ALL BIRDS ARE BIRDS, ALL FISH ARE FISH, ISZZAT TOO HARD TO UNDERSTAND? AAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Reply
TheLazyFishDinosaurs ForumDinosaur Evolution: A Journey from Tetrapod to Bird

... That's not a definition. DEFINE it. Like in terms of birds, would it be different kinds of pigeons? Storks to cranes? Cassowaries to emus? Pelican to dove? Birds in general? DEFINE!

Reply
GmkgojiDinosaurs ForumDinosaur Evolution: A Journey from Tetrapod to Bird

All kinds, like, a specific group of animals. NOT species.

Reply
GmkgojiDinosaurs ForumDinosaur Evolution: A Journey from Tetrapod to Bird

Oh, by the way...

I also believe that all KINDS of animals coexisted for a period of time.
