LONE - I could not agree more! Ancient marine reptiles are extremely fascinating animals! The environment within which they lived molded them into some of the most consumate survivors our world has ever seen! :)
I had read it several places and I figured to be false leaked info unless Colin was trying to keep it under wraps, and there have been a lot of rumors spread about this movie so. Thank you, though for the input, Alpha (: I think you're probably right, but it's just an interesting idea to discuss. Imagine having your own dna in a dinosaur!
This could be a great sequel for Jurassic World 2...;)

I have not heard this rumour at all, and I definitely think it is a false rumour, no matter how cool it may be. And here's why: Trevorrow confirmed that the I.rex's genetic code consisted only of the DNAs of: T.rex, Velociraptor, a snake, and a cuttlefish!! No human DNA AT ALL!!
Brachiosaurus by far. I got bored when I was a kid of seeing all the sauropods with their bodies parallel to the ground, and then when I saw Brachiosaurus in JP, my face lit up because it could tower over all others :P
Apatosaurus. Recent discoveries seems to prove that Apatosaurus was comparable in size with Argentinosaurus. But I like it even because of nostalgia.

however, i'd like to point out intelligience doesn't originate in DNA. it originates in th brain and branches from cognitive ability, among other things.
neat theory, though
probably amphicoelias and bruhathkayosaurus since they are so freaking big
and because of this picture as well, showing 1 dinosaur that is both longer and heavier than a freaking blue whale
although in the later study, they seems to agree that bruhathkayosaurus is not as big as they used to think

I'm very happy to to be a part of an online comunity for the first time in what feels like forever, especially one affiliated with Jurassic Park and dinosaurs in general! I do think if the rumors are true that Henry Wu certainly would make the most sense, and I also feel like the I-Rex would ironically end up killing Wu at some point in the movie. And I'm glad you found my theories interesting, I hope others will as well!
TYRANT KING - This is a very fun question you have asked! Hmm...I would have to say that my favorite member of the rauisuchians is the Arizonasaurus Babbitti! It is an extremely interesting animal - something like a dimetrodon mixed with a Saurosuchus Galilei! Thank you so much for presenting this insteresting topic! :)

Your ideas and concepts are very interesting; I greatly enjoy the thought ot the I-Rex having human DNA spliced into its already hyper-unstable and convoluted genetic code! I can certainly see Henry Wu's DNA being the prime suspect for such an addition to this nightmarish creature - all the better to make it a living terror! something interesting about me: ummm..ummm.um.umm.. ever since I was little I was totally obsessed with dinosaurs and even had a little paleontology kit! When I heard about the release for jurassic world, I totally freaked out!! I'm really excited!! :D
Hello, my name is Elvaarg, but my name given at birth is Brian.
My favorite dinosaur is the Utahraptor because of one of my favorite books, Raptor Red.
My favorite Jurassic Park movie is the first one, but The Lost World is CLOSE behind.
And an interesting fact about myself is that I was the captain of my varsity football team in high school and almost went on to play college football but I instead decided to stay home and go to a community college as a cheaper option and so I could also work.

I still think it is the I-Rex (I prefer D-Rex) and I'm pretty sure, almost 100% it has 3 or more fingers. Nice

Snivley and Henderson(2004) gave a weight estimate of ~590kg for a 6.5 meter saurosuchus.
now, isometric scaling based on the upper length estimates yield ~1800kg [a range of 1,100kg-2,500kg] in other words, 1-2 tons.
very big animal, just not that big.
I've never had a favorite rauisuchid, but off the top of my head i'd have to say teratosaurus.
If there is one thing we can agree on it is that faslosuchus is awesome.

after looking through them Postosuchus, and Sourosuchus are my choices.
You should probably specify that, so as not to confuse people. For the record, however, an animal can't be synonymous if the genus is no longer valid.
