Well I thought of this on the fly and by rival I meant an up and coming bioengineer who was cheated out of a job by Dr. Wu. The pens are opened by a curious yet stupid civilian wandering the woods, he presses a button on an open computer shutting off the security systems. There will be rarely any city shots for the vast wilderness will be the battlefield for it all.

To Jetstetter Good ideas. Could expand a bit more on your ideas. You included the raptors, you mentioned T.Rex and Dilo, but that's about it. What do they do in the movie? Some rival (Biosyn?) , obviously didn't learn from Ingen and did the worst thing possible (build the park on the mainland, Ingen at least had chaos control with the islands). How do the dinosaurs break out their pens (Power failure, missing part of fence, environmentalist)? The raptor nest was a really good idea setting up the next sequel.

I have been listening to all these and I've thought of one that is pretty insane. Movie starts, the funeral of John Hammond is going on, the year is 2013 and its a down pour. Everyone has there own families and the islands are peaceful. Some rival of Hammond though has created raptors and more dinosaurs to create a safari of sorts in Montana to make lots of money. Of course everything goes wrong the raptors escape and wreak havoc in the wilderness the old gang goes to Montana to stop the madness and send the raptors to Isla Nublar. They discover the area holding mostly herbivores except for a T-Rex and some dilophosaurus. All hell breaks loose trying to capture them and send them all away as they escape from their pens. The navy cooperates by sending in soldiers and cargo planes and boats. Add in chases, deaths, and of course clashes of raptors versus others. With the Dinosaurs back home the credits end with two raptors and a nest in the mountains. Please give me feedback and criticism.

see drex thinks its a good plot plus we never hear from the kids after the second movie also im currently writing the script to that Drex if youd care to read it

To Star Killer: Spino is bigger and more unique (sail, big arms for predator that size, and long crocodilian like jaws), but as far as better goes, I'm not so sure (it's pretty close though). T.Rex was more equipped for fighting (prey included: Ankylosaurus, Triceratops, etc.) while Spino was larger and better at fighting small creatures and fishing. Yes, Spino did kill T.Rex in JP3, I will admit it (*mumbles under breath* no matter how cheap the defeat was). Opinions are opinions, one guy could like T.Rex, the next guy could like Spino (I like both), I'm not trying to change anyone's opinion, I'm just stating the facts).

I guess it would be a toss of a coin for most large predators. T.Rex may have been slightly smaller in terms of physical size, but don't forget, T.Rex was around later than the rest, so it was more advanced (bone density, eyesight, intelligence, etc.), so it makes up for it's lack of size (which is hard for a 7 ton predator to make up for), and it was more heavily built. T.Rex had binocular vision, while probably most of the other large predators had it's eyes on the side of their heads. Maybe Giga and T.Rex could fight, T.Rex would go for Giga's neck, miss and bite one of it's arms, then Giga will slash T.Rex's eye with it's free arm, T.Rex will pull back and pull off Giga's arm, and Giga will run off in pain, while T.Rex storms off angry about it's eye (which goes blind), and at the end, they fight each other again, with T.Rex winning because what's left of Giga's arm got infected from T.Rex's bite and weakened it enough to give T.Rex the win (intense battle, then the infection takes effect and Giga gets dizzy, tired, and just stumbles around aimlessly while T.Rex looks at it confused, then finishes it). Sorry if I got the infection symptoms and speed wrong, I have never been infected, and this is Jurassic Park, where dinosaurs where brought to life from blood samples in amber, not a documentary of large predators.

I think a 15 would be a gd age, due to the majority of the fans would now be on their late teens , twenties n thirties! Even harry potter was a pg13 n that didnt have any carnage ! Kids get in for any film these days anyway unless its an 18 n obvious. My view is that a bit more blood wouldnt go amiss ! Worked fine for gladiator n that wasnt as gory as it could have been. Just edited very well. spielberg was a talented director who could get alot of fear, anxiety, n the full effect from just filming technique n minor details, with a new director , who nos what to expect. Making it a bit more for maturer audiences may be what they need to take the films to the next level .

I'm all up for jurassic park beein more adrenaline filled an non stop action, I mean all the movies so far have been like that anyways, but it would be the worst idea to make it rated "R", the thing I loved about the others is that they were different than all the other "R" rated dino movies, jurassic park is better than that, thay have proven you can have an awesome "PG-13" dino movie, please don't ruin the franchise by makin it just another rated "R" movie, keep it "PG-13" an keep the integrity the fans have come to love an expect from the movies, thank you-DREX1986

I say we leave Warpath: Jurassic Park alone and let it bask in its former glory instead of creating a new one and possibly making a bad game. Thats no way to introduce the Jurassic Park franchise into the modern society. Let JP4 handle that!

Lol loving the script imput at the end there with malcoms saracsm! Was brilliant made me chuckle! And also the whole idea of rex still kinda comin out on top due to infectious bite ... Clever idea! Well the giga was longer yh but prob wouldnt say bigger as such hight wise there prob isnt anything in it at all. But suppose toss of a coin !

I got the PERFECT plot. Have Grant be a strung out chain smoking fifty something barrell chested alchoholic who flat out HATES kids. After three failed marriages, he has finally found his safe haven, where he belongs. Site B. haha, hope that brought a chuckle or two around here lol.

well, it wouldn't make sense having me returning to the islands as Xenothinker states. I will not go again, especially after the 'fly around the island as low as we want' trick (don't know how I was so stupid to go). Although I would love to be included in the 4th movie of the series I hope I don't visit Isla Nublar or Isla Sorna! Not releasing any spoilers here. ~~Dr.Grant

Jhawkins1987 and MrHappy9097 I do agree that the Giga and Rex would be a close battle. Being a fan of the Rex myself i have changed my idea of the outcomes of the battle. I still do believe that in a one-on-one fight, the gigantosaurus would just have it over the Rex. Even though Rex may have had a larger bite force, biting the throat or head of the Giga would prove a tough challenge, and if the Rex bit straight into the mid-section of the giga, he would get a mouthful of large hooklike claws. Also, the Gigantosaurus was lighter on its feet, and would have a spped advantage over Rex. However, having the rex killed and just leaving it at that would cause another uproar. So this is what i believe should be the case... The Rex and Giga battle under the same circumstances as I had listed in my earlier post. The Giga wins (but only just). One of the characters states "He's not the King anymore..." However, T-Rex had saliva full of poisonus bacteria, similar to that of a Komodo Dragon... Eventually, The Gigantosaurus that killed the rex, Max, and has been chasing the crew through the jungle, grows weak and succumbs to the injuries left by the Rex. Grant states that the poisonus bacteria left by the Rex had killed the Giga, and Malcom states "And Rex is still king of the Jungle" (whilst giving a smartass grin to the character that stated otherwise earlier)

What exactly do you mean by "better outcome"? You weren't satisfied with Lex and Tim cradled in the arms of Alan Grant, Kelly contentedly eating popcorn next to Ian and Sarah, and Eric reunited with his parents? What better outcomes could there be than these? I say leave the kids to their peaceful/happy futures and lets see some new people!

I have to agree with Jhawkins1987 on the T.Rex and Giga battle. While Giga had the obvious size advantage, T.Rex had the bite force advantage. Giga's teeth where designed to cut and slice, while T.Rex's teeth were designed to crush bone. Giga was also believed to hunt in packs, which helped it bring down dinosaurs much larger than itself, while T.Rex may have hunted in pairs and family groups. One on one, T.Rex and Giga may be evenly matched, but if T.Rex bit Giga's neck, it would be over. Maybe it would be more realistic if T.Rex was intimidated by Giga's size, but stalks Giga and realizes it not as strong as it appears and goes in for a rematch/challenge, and wins. I like Giga, Charchar, Spino, and all the other large predators, but T.Rex is my favourite.

12 years after the first movie, John Hammond's dinosaurs have apparently become urban legend. Most of the public has become skeptical they ever existed. Part of the plot involves the discovery of previously unidentified lizard-like animals showing up on mainland Costa Rica and conflicting with the locals (killing them?). To find out what the heck is going on, a team of experts chart an expedition to one of the off-shore islands. They find out the dinosaurs are thriving and breeding at an uncontrollable rate, so much so that it poses a threat to the nearby continent. They must find a way to curb the spread of the dinos or face an ecological disaster. I think they should have this script in Jurassic Park 4, sounds more cool! They should have this new 2014 Jeep Cherokee. They haven't had a dino to wreak a car in the third, they should bring back a Jeep! Coop97 i like the idea of the islands joining together, there has been a few of these ideas about, very popular. Dunno about the giga beatin rexy tho :) suppose it could be the toss of a coin i guess but on evidence we no of gigas is tht they bit chunks out of their prey n backed off making them bleed to death or weaken to finish off the job! rex bit to kill in one bite. But respectfully if something like ur story did happen , n rex unjustifyingly lost again after the upraw of JP3 ppl would be pissed lol USELESS INFO TRIVIA In relation to JP3 dr jack horner who was the technical advisor on all three films recently stated in a interview at montana museum of natural history , that he picked spino to win on JP3 cos he was bored of watching trex takin over the franchise and thought something a bit bigger allthough most probably the unlikely winner of a head to head fight in real life , to be the main dino and to take over as something new. Which pleased me :) being team REX

in the books grant is also a middle aged man, the possibility of him getting married is not out of the realm of believability, but the idea of a kid is not. However, at the same time, he may be going back to the book for inspiration. This is fine and dandy, and leads one to assume he could be going the BioSyn route. At the same time he also needs to maintain consistency with the established movie verse. In the movie verse, Grant was with Sattler, things didn't pan out. He never married nor did he have kids.

WELLLL xeno chris did say the writers were going by the book and in the book (SPOILER) grant is asked by tim if he ever got married grant replied yes but his wife died a long time ago so maybe he had a kid he didn't know of or he got remarried and had a kid

we know because as of JP3 he has never married and never had kids.

Some type of security is sent in with a construction crew. They repair, rebuild and improve the islands buildings, fences, utilities and other such things. During which two secret Dino experts acting as construction men, get away from the group and look for velociraptor eggs. They want to try this secret illegal medicine that is suppose to improve brain function and activity, but after inserting such substance in the eggs, there inhumanly and cruelly hunted down by the velociraptors. But then, everyone else suddenly disappear. Right when everything is finished and power has been restored and everything is up and running, they disappear. All the security and all the construction teams. And no one knows what happened. After about 5 or 6 years a curious group of Dino experts, maybe 5 or 6 and maybe like 4 security/gun guys heli in to see what's going on. Seeing that all the fences and lights are working when they turn them on via switches in the newly constricted and unused main building built by the construction team a few years ago. They wonder why there all missing. Then the genetically altered and smarter velociraptors show up, but in a scary way, at night. Like maybe you only see there eyes reflecting light from a jeep driving down the road at night or something. The team decides, after there drive around the island that night to check if all the buildings are working and not believing that they saw Dinosaurs within thee electric fences, in the morning to set up a sort of base/compound inside one of the buildings on the island. Seeing that they might as well stay since everything seems to work. But then the velociraptors show up the next night and are able to destroy the breaker box/utility house. And now there's no electricity. Dinosaurs are going crazy from freedom, and the team is stuck in Jurassic park being bites by any carnivore and especially the genetically altered/smarter velociraptors.

today marks an exciting day for my jurassic park today we release our first dinosaur into the park a velociraptor

[b]Based on everyones opinions and what everyone wants, and my own personal opinion, this is what i believe should be the plot[/b] A large earthquake and volcanic activity in the ocean under the five islands causes them to rise, creating one large island with a range of different habitats (polar regions, volcanic regions) and a range of different species from all the other islands. About 5 years later, John Hammond dies from natural causes, and he wants to be cremated and have his ashed spread in a specific part of the ocean, where he met his wife on a cruise. His brother, Peter (played by David Attenbourogh) organises a cruise on the course where John wanted his ashes spread. Amongst the people on the cruise are Grant, Malcom, Satler, Tim and Lex. While at sea, the ship attacked by a megaladon, and many people enter lifeboats and the captain orders them to travel east where an island was spotted close by. Grant, Malcom, Satler, Peter, Tim and Lex get on a lifeboat with many others, including survivalsist Max (Bear Grylls) and Victor (Liam Neeson) who has been forced to travel on a seperate boat to his wife and kids because of the lack of room. At sea, many life boats are attacked by a Kronosaurus and a Liopleurodon, including the one with Victors family on it. In the morning, they arrive at the unknown island, but further exploration proves it is the five islands inhabiting the dinosaurs. Whilst searching the ravaged island, the group find an emergency radio, and contact Ray Arnold, who never died and has been thriving on the island since the first film. He has lost hi mind but informs the group that they are on the 4th Island, and says if they make it to the first island where he is stationed, he will contact help and get them all off the island for good. The group decides he is their only hope, and trek across the island to find him... (!SPOILERS!) - Whilst being chased by a Gigantosaurus, Max sacrifices himself to save the group (towards the end of the movie when we all like him) - The group is stalked by a Dienosuchus throughout a large portion of the movie, where they must follow a river to a specific location. It kills a few survivors but also sves them at one point by killing a Spinosaurus that plans to kill the group - The spinosaurus is to make a return and battle against the T-Rex, but the T-Rex wins. - A T-Rex plans to kill the group, but is challenged by a Gigantosaurus for the food. It is killed by the Gigantosaurus and the group is terrorized by it for the rest of the film. - A Group of Allosaurus terrorizes the survivors for a short amount of time, but upon entering the Utahraptors territory, they erupt into a fight over the land, in which the Utahraptors win and stalk the group through the open plains. - Ray Arnold refuses the group to leave, as he wants to feed them to his pet Tyrannosaurus, but Victor releases the T-Rex, which splits the group from Ray and Victor. They are able to call help while the Victor beats Ray and Ray is eaten by the Rex. Whilst the group is being chased by the Rex, Victor sacrifices himself to cave in the entrance to the bunker, killing the rex and himself while the group escape and are rescued. The island is seen from a distance, and the dinosaurs roar is heard as the Megaladons fin comes infront of the camera, blacking out the screen. The End

well how do we know????? a lot can happen in 20 years maybe its his niece???? but if you have the children of the original cast on the island it would be interesting
