if anything i dont think it'll be a fpd *first person dino* it might be like geneisis *better graphics though* or it might be and FPS, which would be cool. id imagine we might see sony or telltale take on the hefty task at hand. following most games releases, im estimating a plausible september 2014 or spring 2015... either way we are getting a game

Yh. These ideas are really good ! Id like, using this idea to addapt just in a way of that u choose ur favourite dinosaur. To either be the boss or u can be the dinosaur! A bit like the old SEGA megadrive games :) classics ! But then i would also like a game related to the film. That mirrors what ever story it turns out to be. But u would feel part of it , thanks to the game. Like u could be a character n u make ur own fait but in the same situation

That is a great idea! The Spino story, you could grow eating fish until it is 2-3 tons, then move on to small dinosaurs and carrion, as well as bigger fish. You beat the Spino story when you successfully take out a T-Rex and claim the entire island as your territory.

no disreguards, but Rex Fan, you are the only one ive ever known to have an opinion of trex getting up to that size, but im not gonna make fun of it, lol

i would love for there to be a jurassic park game. They should make four story modes for four different ways to play it, like be a Spinosaurus in one, be T-Rex in one, be a Raptor in one, and also a human. They would all have alternate endings.

I think it would be cool if they released new Jurassic Park games (possibly operation genesis), but not for ps4 and Xbox one. I would rather they had new games for Xbox 360 and ps3. I have 360 and there is no chance I am getting an Xbox one (expensive, has to be connected to the Internet basically 24/7, etc.).

Everyone can have their opinions on different things. Rex Fan thinks T-Rex could get up to 50 feet long, and that's ok (I don't see much past 45 max). Some people think Spino could get up to 20 tons in weight (that's far-fetched, I think everyone can agree on that). Pretty good season. What I would love, is if every dinosaur got it's own episode. I just want to see one that goes into a second season. Each season could be a different family. Obviously, you would want the Tyrannosaur season last, and the Spinosaur season second last (or vise-versa, depending on your interests, those would be the last two though).

I think he is just pointing out that you don't talk about Rex's weaknesses. It's just like how some people (you know who, that's right, FACT DUDE!) don't talk about Spino's disadvantages. Not sure about S-Rex, I think he might have some posts about the disadvantages, but I doubt it (not trying to sound rude, just saying). I personally like to keep everything even and talk advantages and disadvantages.

I think it would be cool if both predators returned. What would be awesome is if they had the original logo, as well as the JP3 logo, and had them facing each other. The name of the movie could be Jurassic Park: Revenge.

I think that it's just a placeholder logo for the real one, which will no doubt be revealed within the next year or so. It probably just meant that they are starting up the series again, and they were saying that Jurassic Park is being restarted in 2015... Get what I'm saying? No? Ah, well...

I think it may hint at what the giant predator may be. The first 2 had a Tyrannosaurs and that was the super-predator. The third one had a Spinosaurus and the same thing happened. Perhaps they are implying the return of T-rex. Not being biased, just trying to figure out what the logo means. The blue is nice, but I like the original red and black.

I get what you mean. I'm not trying to tell you guys you're all wrong, but I don't want to be told I am as much as all of you. Anyways, this was not supposed to be about T-rex and Spino size, but about a dinosaur series you would like to make.

well we dont fully know but it would seem it could work out that way, also keeping the same logo has been what universals done for jp 1 and 2... other then the text its the same thing...

Sadly, I don't think that the blue hints at an underwater expansion. It's probably just there to differentiate the logo from the first one.

A lot of these sizes seem way too big. For example, what's with Saurophaganax/Allosaurus maximus being up to 50 ft long?

It may be an abelisaur. Similar to how Majungatholus/Majungasaurus was first thought to be a pachy. It may be a pachy, but it also could be a giant abelsaur. Many carnivore groups had at least one member of super-predator proportions. Many large carnivores at least. The largest abelisaur is either Carnotaurus or something like that.

I'm going to keep saying my estimates same as you are gonna keep saying yours. That's why I always put that at the end. I'm not gonna try and convince you or anyone else that I'm right. As long as nobody is gonna try and convince me otherwise.

RexKiller, I did not mention Tyrannosaurus once in my comment. I have no idea why you started talking like I did.

Planet Dinosaur is a must see as well. My son and I are amazed at all of the new findings since the premier of Walking With Dinosaurs.

Spinos head was actually more than 2m on average, more like 2 1/2 to 3m.

ive seen about all of them, too bad they dont show it that often anymore, or any dinosaur documentaries.

not being rude or anything, but please stop saying that T-Rex is up to 50 ft, the biggest one was 43 ft and you should have just said that. Im not saying that they couldnt have been that big, its just that theres been 35 plus skeletons found and they are all preety close to the same size. But other than that, its your opinion and nothing can change that. PS, you could have said it was the largest Tyrannosaur, the largest being 43ft, like the way you said Spinosaurus was just the largest Spinosaur and didnt even acknowledge it being one of the largest predators, and you didnt state the size of the only one found, which was over 60 ft, being very likely that there were even bigger ones. Just saying, and no disreguards.

This is a discussion about the Carcharadontosaurus-Spinosaurus relationship. This has nothing to do with Rex. I do agree that he doesn't point out the weaknesses very often, but he his talking more how Rex could beat Spino. I think that Carchar and Spino would probably just ignore each other most of the time. If they did interact, Spino would probably just intimidate Carchar.

I'm sure when JP4 releases we will see a new JP game. Not sure if it'll be Trespasser, but I'd hope so.

If Capcom made a fourth entry in the series, it would be a day 1 purchase for me. Assuming they don't go the space dino route again :P

I'd definitely like to see an appearance of the Giganotosaurus. If anybody has played Dino Crisis 2 on the original Playstation, they could see how I'd get excited. They had it kill off the T-Rex right when you thought it was the main villain, and they gave it a red hue with a crown of spikes on the head. I'm sure whatever the JP creators choose, they will make terrifying. In the novel The Lost World, like you guys have stated, the Carnotosaurs had the camo at night. They could make those a night time threat, while having another big therapod be the main antagonist.

Dear Rex Fan, Why don't you ever acknowledge the fact that T-Rex ate carrion too and is thought by most respected scientists to be 40-43 feet? You never point out Rex's flaws... Sincerely, RexKiller
