Rex Fan 684Dinosaurs ForumThe Story of Cleo, Episode 1: In the Time of the Pharaoh Jul 17, 2013
Yeah, pretty good. Early Cretaceous Africa was crawling with predators, so this should be interesting.
ReplySpinoliciousDinosaurs ForumShould Acrocanthosaurus be considered an early Spinosaur?Jul 17, 2013
Spinosaurous: Long strong arms, used for gripping prey (onctiprisits) underwater. Has similer motion sceners on it's nose like a crocidile. A large fragile fan. Narrow nostrils high up on head. Large sturdy legs. Chronicle and straight teeth on top and bottom.
Acro: Short strong arms. Chronicle teeth (top) straight (bottom) Small thin fan across back. Huge sturdy legs, good for strength but not for running. Short muzzle (unlike Spino, more like T-Rex)
I can see your point but when you compare basic facts (which obviously I had to do) you notice more differences than similer features. Even the fans are different. I can see how they could be related, but their behavors and features are large in difference.

This is already good. Nice touch throwing in what the parents did even before she hatched.
ReplySpinoliciousJurassic Park ForumTeam Raptor PetitionJul 17, 2013
I think team raptor is a great idea. I undertsand why it hasn't been made already (because of the clash and fury between Rex and Spino) but I do believe team raptor would have high ranks in numbers and be the favorite of many members. Raptors (unlike Tyranasaurous Rex) are intelligent, smart, quick and light. I would perfer team raptor over the other teams.
ReplyDeltadromeusDinosaurs ForumTerrance's Story Part 1Jul 17, 2013
When I write my stories, the second part isn't as good, but I have a feeling it will still be a great part.
ReplyDinoFightsDinosaurs ForumFavorite DromaeosauridJul 17, 2013
I don't really have a favorite, but I think Utahraptor's very interesting. It was the biggest and most powerful of all dromaeosaurs and it was most likely one of the smartest as well. Perhaps the perfect killing machine.
ReplySpinoliciousJurassic Park Games ForumJurassic Park The Game~Why We Love ItJul 17, 2013
Yeah. I love how close this game is to the movies. Like Dr. Harding was the guy in the first movie caring for the sick tricaratops. (If I spell anything wrong Im sorry) And the helicopter that flew over the visitor center in the game, was exactly when Allena Grant, Ellie Satler, Ian, John and the kids flew away right after the T-rex, thats why he was there. I thought that was so clever. But I hate in "The Nest" the creepy dude on the ground. Gives me nightmares...
ReplyLord VaderDinosaurs ForumTerrance's Story Part 1Jul 17, 2013
Obviously all the parts can't be as impressive as others, andPart 2 slows down a little.
Thanks everyone.

That would be interesting. I've been looking into getting the JP game for a little while now. Can't wait to finally get it!
ReplyRex Fan 684Dinosaurs ForumFavorite DromaeosauridJul 17, 2013
t-rex90, I have seen Deinonychus estimates as low as 6 ft long and 125 lbs, to as high as 20 ft long and 500 lbs. I give a length, height, and weight that's kinda in the middle. One thing I have seen a lot of for Deinonychus is a consistant height estimate of 5-6.5 ft. Just sayin ;)

ReplyDeltadromeusDinosaurs ForumClash of the Theropods - Tyrannosaurus vs TYrannotitanJul 17, 2013
Pretty good, could have been longer, but not all fights are super Lon glide most people think they are.
ReplyGigadinoDinosaurs ForumClash of the Theropods - Tyrannosaurus vs TYrannotitanJul 17, 2013
The other figth were longer, I promise :).
ReplyLord VaderDinosaurs ForumClash of the Theropods - Tyrannosaurus vs TYrannotitanJul 17, 2013
It was a little short, but I guess when you get in Rex's jaws, you're done. T-Titan weighed 5 tons, so Rex was biting with more force than what his opponent weighed.
ReplyRex Fan 684Dinosaurs ForumFeathers or ScalesJul 17, 2013
Almost, if not all the coelurosaurs, doubt I spelled that right, had feathers. Juvenile tyrannosaurs had them until they reached a certain size, probably about 16 ft or so. Raptors had em, except maybe Utahraptor. I say that because it was a pretty primitive raptor. Herbivores, except the therizinosaurs, probably did not have feathers and the big carnosaurs probably did not either, except maybe a few here and there. If they did, the carnosaurs that is, it was probably a few feathers on the arms or head, nothing more.

Not bad. That's the outcome I expecte. Shorter than I thought it would be though.

I was wrong, I accidentally put the image of Deinocheirus on Saurophaganax.
Replyt-rex90Dinosaurs ForumFeathers or ScalesJul 16, 2013
jurassiraptor and troodon1, I'm not talking about the movies, I'm just talking in general is all. And I do agree about some of the smaller dinosaurs like the dromeosaurs only having feathers and not the big ones like t-rex, carnotaurus, triceratops, brontosaurus, etc.
Replyt-rex90Dinosaurs ForumFavorite TyrannosaurJul 16, 2013
The King will always be my favorite out of all of them but second to that I'm going to say either Albertosaurus or Tarbosaurus.
Albertosaurus

Actually, Deinonychus was really about the size of a wolf, Utahraptor was the one that was about the size of a person. Both of them are my favorite dromaeosaurids.

Yeah Deinonychus was in my opinion probably one of the most well evolved dinosaurs known. They were exactly the nightmare that was depicted in the first Jurassic Park movie. Definitely a close second in my favorites of my favorite group of dinos.
ReplyLord VaderDinosaurs ForumUpcoming storyJul 16, 2013
They can tear people apart (figuratively and literally). It all depends on how how you look at it though. If you're open to others's opinions, it's great. If you're not so open, well that could be bad.

That's true Paden, FBR was great, and almost nothing could be as good as it. I doubt mine will be as good as FBR, but it should be OK.
ReplyRex Fan 684Dinosaurs ForumFBR updatesJul 16, 2013
DinoFights, that would be a good battle too. If it does not work out for FBR, it would be a cool bonus fight for you(if you want to do it that is)
