Their is no other strong predator in the Cretaceous so I pick Allosaurus

I'm at T. rex 16-17 feet at the hips, Giganotosaurus at 20 feet hips, and Spino also 20 feet hips. Top of sail 26-27 feet.

Good, except for the Late Cretaceous Allosaurus. Allosaurus lived about 150 million years ago(Late Jurassic), not 65 million years ago. The biggest predator in N. America during the late Cretaceous next to Tyrannosaurus was the 16 ft Nanotyrannus(might even be a T-rex).

I usually say Spinosaurus is 20-23 ft tall at the head(23-25 ft at the sail), Tyrannosaurus was 18-21 ft tall at the head, and Giganotosaurus was comparable to Tyrannosaurus. I use Wikipedia scales only if I agree with them. I have a few on my site, but only ones I see as accurate, and frankly, they aren't too accurate. Same as many of the size estimates ;)

I never look at Wikipedia scales, but remember, height is normally measured at the hips, so rex is around 16 feet tall. So is Giganotosaurus, and I think Spino is only around 5 feet taller at the hips. Head is a different story though.

It's about a young therizinosaurus who is alone after the jurassic park staff take his family to the Isla nublar petting zoo.Also a pack of American/European torvosaurus try to hunt him down since his parents killed the alpha

Not shorter, just shorter in relation to body size. And Wikipedia scales are among the most inaccurate scales on the planet, which is why I avoid them.

Allosaurus? I thought this took place at the end of the cretaceous... Allosaurus died out over 80 million years before Tyrannosaurus evolved. Other than that, great story!

Yeah, but even though it was stockier, Tyrannosaurus itself was 18-20 feet at the top of the head. Spino being 5-7 feet taller with its head up doesn't sound unreasonable for an animal almost 20 feet longer. But yes, I do agree that Spinosaurus' stocky legs would help it support so much weight. Have you heard the theory that Spinosaurus had inflexible stumpy elephantine legs to help it support all the weight? I think that theory is ridiculous. Spino's sail was 25-27 feet tall, the head and neck probably went up to 21 feet. It had proportionately shorter legs than say T. rex, so I guess that it could hold more wight. Shorter stockier legs = more strength after all.

With its legs and arms back, undulating its tail while using its mouth and sometimes arms to grab prey. OK, I'm gonna type this up quick because last time I did, it took me a half an hour and it logged me out some tome while I was typing and it didnt allow me to post it so: Start off with a flashback to an investigation of the original JP incident. One agent discovers the embryos that Dennis Nedry was never able to deliver. Few years later a new company launches its own parks (including "water parks") across the world despite the advise by Alan not to The park claims to have trained the dinos to be docile and to have them properly caged, when in reality they are using drugs on the dinos. Ala, being paraniod moves to ca to get a job at the park outside of San Fran. When all is well and Alan is finally geting comfortable withthe dinos, an earthquake happens. This Spooks the dinos and causes power outages that allow the dios to escape. without the drug, the dinos return to their normal carnivorous selves. The millitary is called in and forms a barracade around the parks exits small dinos and herbivores go first and get slaughtered. finally, the trexes and spino break out and punch a hole in the barracade, not together, because they hate eachother. The one Spino(at this park) dies in the process. This causes even more types of dinos to escape . the raptors, being smart search for other ways to escape such as the sewers an begin to leak out all over the city its up to Alan to escape these horrors and get to safety in the mountains because its too cold there for the dinos to survive. In the end he escapes and makes it too the mountains. The audio o a news broadcast saying that the dino menace has been dealt with plays followed by reports of other escaped dinos all across the world for various reasons all meanwhile the video of a raptor is being played. the raptor walks by a nest(emphasized by a close up on the nest) and joins the others for a feast on their newly killed triceratops, suggesting that multiple dinos escaped the slaughter. The end.

Let me rephrase. I believe Spino could swim. However, I feel this was more of a doggy-paddle motion (if you can imagine such a thing). Spino's back legs would have pumped under it while it's arms were out in front. Some think Spino would have gracefully glided under the water like a pliosaur, but theropods are not built this way. The proportion of arms to legs for example, or perhaps the lack of webbing (or similar structure) on the limbs - both of these go against the notion of underwater gliding. Spino's legs were built under it; they were not flexible enough to reach back parallel to the body beside the tail like, for example, a crocodile.

Planet Dinosaur. Dinosaur Planet is much older with less dinosaurs and Planet Dinosaur has Bradycneme, Mapusaurus, Spinosaurus and Predator X among many things.

The Das is from planet dino, or dino planet, I get the two mixed up.

I like the last Daspletosaurus pic the best. Also, Yang is the second biggest but is still closely followed by some and exceeded by Therizinosaurus.

Ceratosaurus is really cool, and I think that it used its horn more than its given credit for.

I really like yang, four fingers, slightly longer than a fragilis, and about as heavy as an a fragilis who eats to much and is a bodybuilder at the same time.
