DeltadromeusDinosaurs ForumDevil Rex: Supports Higher T-rex Size EstimatesOct 28, 2013
Aren't most tyrannosaurs around 42 feet long and 8 tons? Or more? Also, my sizes are
Giganotosaurus
Average 46 feet long
Max 50 feet long
Average 8.7 tons
Max 9.2
T. rex
Average: 42 feet long
Max 44-45
Average 8.8
Max 9
Spinosaurus
Average 50
Max 62
Average 8 tons
Max 9
Just getting my ideas out there.

Indeed. As many of us know, these are my sizes for the three...
Spinosaurus-
Average- 15-16 meters long, 6-7 meters tall(head), and 5-7 tons.
Max- 17 meters long, 7.5 meters tall(head), and 8 tons.
Giganotosaurus-
Average- 12-13 meters long, 5.5-6 meters tall(head), and 6-7.5 tons.
Max- 14 meters long, 6.5 meters tall(head), and 8-8.5 tons.
Tyrannosaurus-
Average- 12-13 meters long, 5.5-6 meters tall(head), and 7-8.5 tons.
Max- 14-15 meters long, 6.5-7 meters tall(head), and 9-11 tons.

Agree. BTW, there's no place for arguing: all three of them were beautiful and amazing animals, no matter what. 100-200kg are nothing compared to dinosaurs wheight.
ReplyRex Fan 684Dinosaurs ForumDevil Rex: Supports Higher T-rex Size EstimatesOct 28, 2013
It would. As far as Spino and Giga go, they were in the same size class as Rex and possibly, I do stress possibly, bigger, but not by much. The size difference would be minimal.
ReplyDinoSteve93Dinosaurs ForumDevil Rex: Supports Higher T-rex Size EstimatesOct 28, 2013
And that would make T-rex the largest land predator ever. I'm so happy about this. Lately, even here in Romania, where there aren't such dino lovers as in other countries, I heard a lot of people saying Giga or Spino were a lot bigger than T-rex
ReplyRex Fan 684Dinosaurs ForumDevil Rex: Supports Higher T-rex Size EstimatesOct 28, 2013
Thanks. Now that we have some actual specimens that support our theory, it'll be easier to prove. Also, with C-Rex and F-Rex almost certainly being a species of Tyrannosaurus of some sort(whether it's Rex or the mysterious X), the max size of 14-15 meters and 9-11 tons is more likely.

Any time DinoSteve.
I was just reading about some of the T-rex specimens when I saw that the Devil Rex was only 18 when it died, and I started thinking back to when I read about Thomas the T-rex and it all fell into place.

Ok man, just take your time. It's a shame you wont keep writing your story for a while, because I really fall in love with it.
BTW, hope we'll see you around occasionally, and can't wait for December, so, see you.

Honestly, I haven't watch this movie but as I read the description, there are similarities to that of Jurassic Park series which I used to watch in my teenage days and it's really amazing. I just feel sad because I've heard that even though there are no dinosaurs in reality, still people used to find some fossil remains of this animals which are being used in smuggling just like what Eric Prokopi did. ReplyTerrence JordanJurassic Park Games ForumNew jurassic park game for ps4 n XBOOct 27, 2013
I think that the game should be open world where you can travel to each of the five islands. the game would have to be on the new systems because it would have night and day cycles and weather patterns as well as an incredible AI system. i think it would be fun if while you were traveling from one part of the island there was a fallen tree so you have to travel the rest of the way on foot, while you are traveling you could encounter dinosaurs. you would have the option to buy or craft your own weapons. the story could be from the second novel or similar to it.

That's pretty cool. It does look fairly Abelisaur like. A combination of Tyrannosaur and Abelisaur to me.
