Mr.Happy already did the corrections, and here's my thoughts: it was an excellent concept and has a lot of potential. We all start somewhere with these.
Sorry about some of the typos was rushing to finish Thai fight
I just want to see a battle between a T rex and Triceratops already!!
You're welcome. The one that sticks out the most to me is your use of the word "New." Knew as in you know something has the letter "K" before the part you pronounce. Gotta love English. Rough, cough and through don't rhyme, but for some god forsaken reason, pony and bologna do.
Real life takes priority to this, we understand, it's fine, happens to everyone.
Hey guys, not been on in a while, been doing a lot of things latley realting to work and just didnt get any umph to even get on here.
Nice start, just watch your spelling, grammar and punctuation, as well as where you capitalize anything. Nice start still, story is interesting.
Well, Chris said it wasn't a D-Rex and until we get more news suggesting otherwise, I'll stick with that. Also, it doesn't look like Spinosaurus either. Not to mention Spino wasn't on the list of dinosaurs that'll be used in the movie(yeah, I know it wasn't on iNGENs list either, but still). I say it's either a redesigned T.rex or a mosasaur(for now).
Nice. Wasn't rooting for either, but good fight.
Acro, in response to your question about Ceratosaurus' size...

A length of 8 meters and a corresponding weight of 2 tons is not impossible for this animal.
Jezza, as far as Acrocanthosaurus goes, I only put it at 10-12 meters long and 3-5 tons or so. Don't get me wrong, it was deadly, but I do think a top speed of 35 miles per hour and pack hunting abilities seems to be a stretch. Sounds more like the Monsters Resurrected animal to me. But that's just me.
Personally, here's my top 5
5. Acrocanthosaurus/Tarbosaurus/Mapusaurus/You get the idea
10-12 meters long and 4-6 tons
4. Carcharodontosaurus
11-12 meters long and 5-7 tons
3. Spinosaurus
14-17 meters long and 5-8 tons
2. Giganotosaurus
12-14 meters long and 6-8.5 tons
1. Tyranosaurus
12-15 meters long and 7-10 tons
Just my opinion/own research though
Jezza, I think these are more accurate size comparisons...

Well, I believe one or two JW Facebook pages are fan made.
Well, Chris said that it isn't D. Rex. Ah well, we all could be wrong. Maybe it is Diabolus Rex, but they don't want us to know that................................
Nights? Sharp teeth? Darkness? Any of this making sense? My answer: ah well, you probably know.
My excitement cannot be put into words! I really want this to be the diabolus, it's just very dark and evil and I think this is the kind of mood that the presence of the looming D- Rex will have once she graces the screens next year!
Nice list! I agree with it for the most part!

Allow me to bring this picture up again for analysis
Notice the horned ridge half way up the snout, this may explain that bump you pointed out, also the ridge above the eye socket is a bit higher than on the usual T-rex.
I'd like to also point out that the teeth look much more conical and lighter than that of T-Rex and the jaw structure isn't far off.
Let's also take a moment to look at "Nights" and "Rex Redemption".
The caption "Nights" makes sense for the D-Rex because during nocturnal hours there is a lower probability of detecting camouflauged creatures.
"Rex Redemption" seems like another attempt to throw us off but look at it this way. The two key parts of the word Redemption are Re- and -demption. Take away the Re- and take ther first letter of demption which is "D" and say it backwards "D-Rex!"
"Clever Girls"- Robert Muldoon
I think it is a fair to assume this is the D-Rex I think Chris was saying "It's not what you think it is" as a double trick :) to make us second guess our ideas.
Any great Star Wars fan will remember these words, "Everything I tell you is a lie, every question I ask is a trick."-Vergere
Same principal my friends.
i would laugh so hard if this was just a compy lol. anyway jp carnotaur is right. we have no idea what the d-rex looks like so it could be this
I believe that it is not an adult T-Rex but could be the juvenile we didn't see in the first one. Like albertosaurus and gorgosaurus young Rexes snouts are thinner. It can't be Carnotaurus because the snout is way to long and the horns in carno's head begin above the eyes. It cant be ceratosaurus because the horn should be pn it's snout not above it's eye. However I have three possible answers on what it is. At first I thought it was the mosasaur because their known to have long heads and inside the mouth looked like fish it was about to eat however the more I look at it it can't be a mossasaur. Then maybe it could be a velociraptor which may be our best bet it pretty much has all the right qualities but I'm still a little scepticle. Now our best bet is either D-Rex because no one really knows what it looks like yet. Other than that it could be a distorted carnivor as far is I'm conserend not the best picture but maybe this is just a picture Colin posted to hype fans but isn't real and is used to get us back for all the leaked info
p.s good job padden I was a little shocked with the triceratops thing:)
Good fight, I was rooting for Kelmayisaurus.
NOAH ECKECKENRODE - Interesting indeed
I know I'm not the only one that want to see spino in JW :)
Silver_Falcon - then it'll be the birth of the D-rex fans and we'll have a 3 ways war :))
i agree with your list except that i would probably put utahraptor soooo much higher. And also Jezza i do think acrocanthosaurus should be on the list it is one of the most dangerous dinosaurs ever, its also my favorite early cretaceous dinosaur
You know what i agree with you on almost evrything except one thing, the Tyrannosaurus's weight which should probably be around 9-11.03 tons but i agree with the rest (including spinosaurus size)
Haha, that would he awesome Silver Falcon. Perhaps D-Rex fights and kills Spino, then Rex shows up and kicks the crap out of it. Nothing could piss Spino fanboys off more than that.
Jezza, I'm not sure what to say, but sixty feet is pretty much an absolute maximum for Spino, not an average. I myself see Spino averaging 50 feet in length, while Rex about 41 feet. Also, JP3 is about as accurate as my friends when the topic is guns. My friends don't know Jack about guns. Also, if that's the comparison, why do people get pissed off when we say the 37 foot Tyrannosaurus was a sub adult vs the 60 foot ADULT Spinosaurus. Wasn't the Spino ACTUALLY in the ball park of 45 feet long. The only image I actually agree with is the last one, and I'm going to stop this rant before I start cussing real bad.
Sorry if I seem angry, it's exam time here, I'm sick, and it's early in the morning, I don't even know why I'm awake.
THE CONFUSION AND SUSPENSE IS KILLING ME! OH, THE INHUMANITY HURTS! :O
What about acrocanthosaurus, it was 40 ft. long and 5.5-7 tons. Just wondering.
I also found these very compelling images concerning Rex vs Spino sizes.

Here you can see a 40 ft. rex and a 60 ft. spino, it shows that rex only comes two-thirds the length of spino. That is a big difference of size.

Here spino is slightly smaller, but you can still see that spino is way bigger.

And here is an awesome drawing of a Rex vs Spino fight. :)
I believe Acrocanthosaurus could've made the list, it was the bodybuilder of the therapods. Its body was rippled with muscle, especially its back and neck. The specially designed neck spines were used to lock it placed to stop its prey from moving. Its large claws would punture deep into flesh like a grappling hook, then the serrations would rip chunks of flesh out, causing severe damage. It was also fast and smart, and being an allosaurid, it had a speed of 25-35 mph, and hunted in packs. And then there's the size, this behemoth was 40 ft. long and 6-7 tons. So with claws, power, intellec, speed, packs, and size, it was utterly lethal. Could you imagine being a sauropod, grazing on the tree leaves, when you hear the roar of an acrocanthosaurus, it would be completely terrifying. It is one of my all time favorite dinos ever, currently it is neck and neck with spinosaurus.

I believe Argentinosaurus should be at the top, no single dinosaur could ever defeat it. I put T-rex at 40-45 ft. long and 8-8.8 tons, but we all interperate dinosaur size differently in some ways.
CARNOSAUR - That was an indredibly fun battle! Thank you very much for presenting this to us! :)
NOAH ECKECKENRODE - That's a very interesting bit of detective work you've done! I'd certainly like to see redemption for T-Rex. However, I can't help but worry that it might create more arguments amongst the fans. Regardless, thank you very much for sharing this with us! :)
X_PADEN_X - That's exceptionally fascinating! I think the shadow is that of a D-Rex, though, as you said, we can pin just about anything on that particular beastie at this point! :)
As for the exams with which you're dealing: I'm so very sorry, sweetie! Chin up! You're an intelligent young man and I know you can power through anything standing in your way. You'll get through the rut! However, if you ever have difficulty with a particular subject, feel free to PM me and I'll see if I can be of some assistance. :)
Or...
D. rex fights T. rex and Spino at the same time, kills the Spino, then get destroyed by the T. Rex. Actually, that would be a pretty sweet fight scene.
x-paden-x - because maybe it's a prehistoric croc
but why would it be that tall, i don't know
anyway, the picture somehow reminds me so much of parasuchus artwork from the lost world game
Well, the clues posted on facebook suggest a fight between rex and spino. At least, that's what I got out of it.
Guy... Why would a Croc be that tall... And in the Middle of Isla Nublar?
Why would they breed one anyways? Those would be much harder to get a DNA sample from, Plus impossible to feed without human loss.
Redemption doesn't nessicerly mean a Re-Match...
It means Rex is Redeeming Itself, it could take on something...
Better...
Perhaps D-rex?
looks like a croc to me
It would be much darker if it was coming form An Aquarium light. The Aquarium also wouldn't be as Exposed as that one is... It seems Illogical.
Rex was a Possibility, due to the "Rex Redemtion" Title JW Forums been Mentioning. There's a Chance it may be a spino, But it's too short a snout and is missing Key details.
Guys, I think "Rex Redemption" Might not be a Rematch between the two (R and S) But a Battle Between Rexy and D-Rex... That Sillouete being D-REX!!!
I'VE FIGURED IT OUT!
i thought that as well not sure if its true or not. to me it seems like a bad idea. having a rematch will only fuel more arguments between fans. at least thats my opinion anyway
ok i know this! But I was just stating if this WAS there. Need I say that in the map of the new isla nublar, about 1/3 to 2/3 of the top isn't marked almost to forget about it and the 2 characters from the new movie will stumble upon it (visitors center). So not ALL of it is gone I would imagine but as if to block it out and start new and to forget about the old park. And they weren't really questions but more hopes of something to be in the new movie to satisfy the inner geek within me
