Oops,i corrected the thingy,i liked Deinoninychus but i never knew he was the Raptor from Jurassic Park.
I forgot to mention but i love all the Dinos, but i still have favorites!
For the average it said that it had 14 meters in length,so the largest specimen will be larger than a T-Rex,anyways good list.
Do you know that Mapusaurus is actually the largest one,i have a book about Mapusaurus and other dinos.
Anyways i respect your opinion, also what are the best Dinosaur films, have you thought of that?
Walking with dinosaurs was one of my favorite films!Anyways i don't really like the fact that you hate Jurassic Park 3 and i respect that you put Jurassic World on the list because it sucks, and because people say that T-Rex is stronger than I-Rex,because the I-Rex was defeated by Blue,Rexy and the Mosasaurus,Rexy needed help to kill the I-Rex.
Your forgetting prognathodon
Nope, none got big enough. Maybe Titanoboa, but there would be no point for it to do so, seeing as how Megalodon is so big that it can't even eat it, and that's assuming it even could constrict!
Livyatan, pod of orcas, etc. If it's a pod of Livyatan, Megalodon's screwed.
Mosasaurus, Tylosaurus, Hainosaurus, etc. Quite a few, but I think Megalodon still would have the best chance of winning out of all of them.
I saw the fight already pretty well written
Funkei. I think Megalodon would win more times than not though. Also, the Tyrannosaurus V.S. Torvosaurus topic is done... again...
TheLazyFish What species of Pliosaurus are you referring to?
Pliosaurus perhaps. No long necked plesiosaur could take one on though; they weren't built to fight.
I said a single one, and a single wolf won’t scare off a bear, and the difference is that the Megalodon would be actively looking to kill the Liopleurodon, not escape like an elk. Also, I meant Camarasaurus supremus, the one that got to 60 feet. That’s why it’s far fetched. It’s also like saying a great white would kill a Megalodon, seeing as it’s only slightly smaller than Liopleurodon. Sure, if they’re incredibly lucky with a gill shot, it’s possible. But usually, they’ll just be eaten.
well if the liopluerodon is desperate enough it prove to be a nuisance. Also wolves have been known to take down animals way bigger than it, so Utahraptors taking down a Camarasaurus isn't too far fetched. Some Utahraptors can grow to roughly the same size as an Allosaurus europaeus.
I know that Xenotaris, but saying a Liopleurodon can kill a Megalodon is like saying a single Utahraptor can kill a Camarasaurus or an Ocelot can kill a Tiger. At a certain point a creature is too small to pose too much of a threat to a larger creature (without venom or other defenses like quills on a hedgehog). As far as we know, Liopluerodon possessed none of those. Seriously, a great white shark sized pliosaur to a Megalodon. No way.
Not a kiddy smile though, not like it's about to pull a prank. Also, I don't think that really counts as a grin, it was just how its face was formed to make it look like it was smiling. The Indoraptor actually does smile, it goes from resting to smile in a matter of seconds. And the Raptor smile actually looked more realistic for the closest thing it could muster, NOT A BARNEY SMILE. The Raptor's smile is more like what you would see with an actual animal, it looks like a smile, but you can tell it isn't actually smiling with common sense. It's just how it looks. The Indoraptor actually does make a smile, from it's face that kinda looks like a little smile to a full blown smile. Like Barney. Actually, that was more of a smile than even Barney can make!
BUT LIVYATAN MELLIVEI WILL STILL KILL THE MEG!
I will say that a Purussaurus and a Rhamposuchus will kill the Meg.
The BigOne (the lead Velociraptor) from the original Jurassic Park sported a huge freaking slasher grin like a serial killer!
Bigger doesn't mean better TheLazyFish
Maybe, yeah, but it doesn't matter which ones. The question is if a Megalodon stands a chance of beating any Crocodylomorph in a fight, and it does. Of course it wouldn't win against, say, a Purussaurus 10 times out of 10, but it could beat a Purussaurus and other big crocs.
Or maybe crocodylus bugtiensis
What about Gryposuchus or piscogavialis?
Sarco, Purussaurus, Deinosuchus, Rhamphosuchus, maybe Machimosaurus, big crocs we haven’t discovered yet of course. I’m forgetting some I believe. I think another cool question would be if there’s any phytosaurs that can take on a Megalodon, or maybe Ichthyosaurs.
It was my opinion,im no scientist at all,or even a professional at Sharks.
But i atleast learned something.
Can you list all the big ones that can provide a big challenge to the Meg?
i think it would win, I think Rhamphosuchus and Purussaurus would be it’s toughest foes, but I think you already know who I think would win lol. So yeah, I think Megalodon could win, not ten times out of ten, but it would basically just be Megalodon vs any crocodylomorph instead of every, and I think it could take on any crocodylomorph that we have discovered. Still could lose to some of the big ones though.
It’s 1v1 and yes the shark recovers from each 1v1 battle after the other.
Maybe? All at once no, without intense recovery no, but if it were a different Megalodon fighting each one.... possibly
TheLazyFish (other than the four that you mentioned) what other giant crocodilians could give the megalodon a run for its money?
