The twelve giganotosaurus and the ten T.rex charged each other, bellowing like knights leading a rally into battle. The ground shook and rocks shattered as the titans hissed and clawed each others hide. Tyranak made a direct path for Giganoctus, and he was successful, engaging his rival in solo combat amongst the chaos. The two clambered and clashed. Tyranak clamped onto Giganoctus’s neck, but it was only brief as the giant spun out and rammed him with his tail. Tyranak retaliated this with a upwards ram from his skull, before clamping onto the bottom of his neck.
The entire packs did battle, blood spurted everywhere, and teeth shot into the air. A member from the rex pack did battle with two giganotosaurus; impaling with his teeth and grappling on with his mouth the rex fought with his heart and emotion, seeing every strike the gigas threw out and dodging each. The T.rex twirled and smashed into one of the gigs with his tail, sending the beast stumbling off the peak of Taghia-Sakhra. The T.rex was dazed by this, and looked in shock at the remaining giga, who took him off guard and clamped onto his neck, killing the warrior.
The battle was gruesome, and could be heard from five miles away. The scent of blood and pain emanated across the Golden-Land, as the opposing packs completely destroyed each other. Tyrance and Tyrani did battle with two giganotosaurus. One of the gigas charged Tyrance, who side-stepped its charge before spinning around and smashing its back with his skull, and placing his foot on its body and breaking its ribs, killing the beast.
Tyranno and Tyrana were like berserkers, killing giganotosaurus left-and-right. Tyranoa united with Tyranak against Giganoctus, who had summoned his right hand-beasts to protect him. Tyranoa charged one of them, pushing it back with her skull alone, scratching and hissing all through out. Tyranak and Giganoctus duked it out, but the battle was even, with Tyranak pushing Noctus a few steps back, and Noctus pushing Tyranak back. Giganoctus charged the Tyrant King, but his arrogance got the best of him, as Tyranak too charged and rammed into him with his much larger skull, sending the barbarian down to the ground, unconscious.
Tyranak stomped over to end the beast, but his plans were halted as three of his barbaric beasts impaled his shoulder with their teeth. Tyranak, with warrior stride smashed the foot of one of these beasts, before retaliating with a full power clamp, sending the savages stumbling back. Tyranak stood his ground against the three, and bellowed a roar which nearly made them flee, but they did not. Four rex were killed, and six giganotosaurus were too, but the battle was far from over. Tyrance clamped onto the skull of one of the gigas and broke it easily with rage-filled prowess. Blood dripped down the rex’s jaws, as he looked up to see his mother dealing with two giganotosaurus; there was no hesitation in Tyrance’s eyes as he instantly charged towards his mother’s aid.
Tyranak did battle with the three, dodging their maws and smashing them with his tail. One of them tried to slam into the Tyrant King full force, but was met with a twirl that ended in a fearsome grab from his jaw, which killed the beast. The mist had mostly dissipated, leaving the sun which shined down purple-rays across the land, further enacting the fear of this battle. The smell of saliva and blood was all you could.
A warrior from the T.rex pack, named Tyrannous, did battle with one of the last remaining giganotosaurus. The two wrestled, smashing and stumbling, clamping and dodging. Tyrannous clamped onto the neck, but was too clamped on by the giga. The two continued to stumble, as blood fell down from their jaws like rain, and bare-bone showed from their rib-cage. They pressured each other around the plateau. The giga knew he couldn’t win, and in a last attempt smashed the head of the rex, before leaping off the plateau with him.
Tyrance smashed into one of the members who was attacking his mother. He stabbed through its neck, and in an instant broke its spinal cord killing it. The last one was easy pickings for Tyranoa, who ducked under it before choking it with her neck. Tyranak did battle with the last two giganotosaurus. One of them made a fatal mistake and charged Tyranak, but the King grabbed onto its neck and threw it into its brethren, sending the both of them tumbling off the mountain.
The battle was over, Tyrance took a breath of fresh air, and looked up into the sky. Suddenly, a loud bellow of pain was heard. Tyrance and Tyranak immediately rushed over to Tyranno who was being ferociously mauled by Giganoctus, he had lived. Tyranak pushed Tyrance aside, chirping quickly this was his fight. The Tyrant King rammed into his nemesis, and the two fought briefly, but Tyranak didn’t know he was being lured into a trap. The two beasts clambered and chirped in pain. Tyranak finally rammed the savage with his body, sending him rolling towards the edge of the cliff.
Giganoctus, with his green-scarred face looked at Tyranak one more time, before releasing a faint-smirk and smashing his skull into a jagged-rock that was imbedded in the plateau. Tyranak looked in shock as the plateau began to shake and crumble, destroying itself. Tyranak chirped for what was left of the pack to scale down the mountain. He watched as Tyrance’s siblings made it down, but Tyrance didn’t he, was awaiting his parents. Tyranak bellowed with anger for Tyrance to leave, but he didn’t, he wasn’t leaving without them. The remaining pack members, four of them not including the Tyrant family, scaled down the mountain escaping death. Tyranoa sprinted towards the escape route, but she refused to leave after seeing Tyranak, barely walking. Tyranak began to walk toward the exit, but he was terribly injured, and was limping. Tyrance snapped in T.rex language for his father to make it over. Tyranak was close to the exit, as the plateau began to crumble and was nearly destroyed, but like a shock, Giganoctus, with his last strength clamped onto the shoulder of Tyranak.
The Tyrant King bellowed in pain as he could barely move, but with all of his adrenaline, and all of his instincts at full power Tyranak threw his body down sending Giganoctus tumbling over, and then clamped onto the neck of the monster, breaking it underneath twenty-thousand pounds of bite. Tyranak collapsed to the ground, he could barely move, and the plateau’s collapsing was about to reach him. Tyrance immediately jolted after his father, but his sprint was halted by his mother, who chirped for him to wait as she charged after Tyranak.
Tyranoa lifted her mate up with her body, rising him to his feet. The two tried their hardest to make it towards the exit….But, it wasn’t looking good. Tyrance felt a deep pain in his heart, as the plateau was tearing away practically underneath the feet of his parents, he knew what was coming. Tyrance bellowed in fear and attempted to rush towards his parents, but the split had already come. The plateau’s breaking had reached them, and Tyranoa collapsed and fell, but Tyranak with his dying breath trapped her snout in his and tried to lift her up.
It wasn’t enough, Tyranak’s energy completely drained, he couldn’t hold her anymore. Tyranoa fell down the mountain, bellowing all through out. The plateau had encompassed Tyranak, and he looked at his son one last time. Tyranak chirped in tyrannosaur language that Tyrance, would be his successor. He chirped louder that Tyrance was the king, and that he couldn’t have been prouder of what his son had become. Tyrance bellowed in sorrow and agony filled sadness as Tyranak collapsed and the plateau broke apart, plummeting him to his death.
There were no chirps, no hisses, no snaps, no bellows. The Golden-Land was quiet. Tyrance looked at the shattered plateau, it was nothing more than a spike. Tyrance fell down to his knees, he couldn’t even imagine what had just happened. Miles away, from the top of a hill, a shadowy figure watched the carnage that had unfolded. I can’t identify what this figure is, but it is of charcoal black color, and it looked mauled and deformed. Tyrance stumbled, barely connected with reality, down the once great mountain. He walked passed his siblings, who chirped in their rex language where Tyranak and Tyranoa were.
Tyrance looked at them, and they could see from his breaths and the pain in his eyes, what had happened. Tyranno, Tyrani and Tyrana all yelped in sadness, chirping at the terror that had happened. Tyrance began to walk down Taghia-Sakhra, much to the questioning of his siblings, who asked where he was going. Tyrance did not reply, he scaled down the mountain and looked at the carnage beneath. He snarled in pure hatred at the corpse of Giganoctus, and stared with pure sorrow at the bodies of his parents. Tyrance couldn’t take it, he swooped his head down low and began running towards the forest.
He vanished inside it, not to be seen again for a long, long time. Tyranno nuzzled his sister Tyrana in confusion at the events that had transpired, and they worried for where they were to go next. The remains of the Tyrant family, Tyranno, Tyrani, and Tyrana chirped with the four surviving members. Tyrance was suppose to be the leader, the new King and alpha, but he was gone, and they didn’t know when or if he would come back. The four members chirped that Tyrana should be the new ruler, she was the oldest besides Tyrance and Tyrantic, and was the most mature.
As Tyrana prepared to claim the throne, a deep terrifying bellow silenced the chirps. The pack looked back to see a beast, resurrected from the dead, Tyrantic. He limped over to Taghia-Sakhra and expressed his sorrow at the tragedy that had taken place, crocodile tears. Tyrana was pushed aside as Tyrantic, being the oldest member present, assumed throne, much to the disapproval of all the pack members. This was truly hell. Tyrantic smashed up the towering spike of Taghia-Sakhra, and bellowed, claiming the throne. The clouds began to poor rain, and lightning struck, as if the Golden-Land was in uproar at the false king.
The true Tyrant King, Tyrance, plowed through the forest at max speed. He smashed through trees, bellowing with agony all through out. He smashed outside the forest, and through a river, before finally going underneath a colossal tree-log, abandoning his destiny, abandoning the Golden-Land, he was alone.

Tyrants Chapter 20: Terror in the Mist
The land was covered in a deep, deep purple hue from the sun, and the air was a humid, yet chilly breeze. The Golden-Land was, as it always is, beautiful, vast, and full of animals. However, a thick mist obscured most of what you could see, a mist which was gray, but looked as if it was purple from the sun’s rays. The gigantic waterfall of Corinae, Corinae being the long flowing stream that pursued down towards a valley, which led towards the Trinity Peaks. The waterfall plummeted towards a large river, which connected to a gigantic cliff, which atop of that was pure, unbridled plains. Alamosaurus grazed the unmeasurably tall conifers in the background, as triceratops rubbed their horns into trees, as it was mating season, and they were preparing them to do battle with opposing males.
Pteranodons and quetzalcoatlus floated across the mist-filled sky, as the sun’s purple rays bounced off their backs creating a darkened near un-visible shadow onto the land. Most of the dinosaurs feared the tyrants that ruled the Golden-Land, but most of them had never even seen them, much to their luck. Male triceratops clashed with each other in attempts to assert dominance for females in the background, as alamosaurus wrapped necks around each other as a display of love in the distance, with only their necks showing above the trees.
Most importantly however, were the anatotitan. They were plentiful, and their presence kept all of the Golden-Land in check. They grazed all day, allowing old plants to die, and they also fertilized new ones. Although the other herbivores did the same, the anatotitan population was four times the size of the others. The duck-billed giants grazed across a field that was guarded by dense trees, similar to oaks and apple-trees. They grazed the grass and plucked leaves off of the twigs. The mist had grown thicker, but its blinding fog had died down, leaving a thick mist, but a clearer land.
Two sets of eyes analyzed the herd of anatotitan, this being a separate branch from the main herd, was a mere twenty. The leading set of eyes, which were colored golden, with a black iris, waited for the herd to begin to leave, as the secondary set of eyes, which were white with a greenish iris, awaited the alpha’s command. The anatotitans began to leave the grazing grounds, hoping to return to the main herd, but this sadly wasn’t going to happen, as from the dense trees and ferns two Tyrannosaurus rex jolted through. The anatotitans trumpeted with fear, and began dashing off as the rex chased them in hot pursuit.
The leading rex, colored reddish brown with muscular and defined legs, which were dwarfed by a massive jaw followed the anatotitan at his max speed of twenty-five miles per-hour. The other rex, which was a female with a yellowish hued body that was mostly orange too followed the rex. The two pursued the titans through an everglade, smashing through the algae and generally wet plains, bellowing all through out. The T.rex knew they could not keep up with the speed and stamina of the duck-bills, and began to forge a strategy.
The two began to bellow ferociously that Tyrannosaur roar, which could send nearly any creature running away in fear. This made the titans become even more antsy, and they moved quickly around the everglade and back towards the hills and streams of Corinae, but the rex were maintaining their pursuit. The orange rex began to get winded, they were maintaining an average pace of twenty-three mph, and their humongous bodies were starting to take hold of them. The alpha rex bellowed madly, which stopped the titans in their tracks, giving the rex a second to regroup. The duck-bills made their way through a forest, this would be their undoing. The two tyrants smashed through five trees, attempting to ease the distance between them and the herd. The rex stopped, and began taking a strategic approach, separating through the forest. The two rex began a series of terror attacks, creating the illusion that there were more than two of them by bellowing in various directions and areas in the forest. The thick hazy mist forbid the duck-bills from seeing the truth, and they were entrapped in the trick the tyrants had played.
Eighteen of the anatotitans continued dashing through the forest, but two others took a different route, falling right into the rex’s game. The two duck-bills dashed through the forest. They came upon an exit which led towards the upper portion of Dhahabi’ard, but just as they did the two T.rex appeared behind them. The four burst through the forest, with the two rex chasing the titans deep inside the plains, where their theropod feet were allowed to stride freely allowing them to achieve their max speed.
The rex, just like lions achieved their maximum speed and caught up to the tiring titans. The reddish-brown rex appeared at the side of one of the titans, and hissed before slamming it with his body, knocking it to the ground before breaking its neck in an instant with his some twenty thousand pounds of bite force. The orange rex which was a female continued her pursuit of the other anatotitan, and the leader, going against a usual instinct for predators, followed her attempting to help his partner. The two were no match for the speed of the titan, as their staminas tired out, but just like lightning, two more rex appeared from the thicket, one being colored blue, and another a deep hot-pink.
The titan was flanked, and in an instant stampeded by the two rex, with the blue one dashing and clamping onto its back as the pink one snapped its neck, there was no holding on like lions. The four rex reunited, the reddish-brown one being Tyrance, the orange one being Tyrana, the blue one being Tyranno, and the pink one being Tyrani. Tyrance chirped a chirp of victory, and authoritative dominance, before returning towards the anatotitan he had killed. Tyrannosaurus rex need around forty-thousand calories a day just to maintain their bodies, and one anatotitan was a reasonable amount for a single rex, but not multiple.
Tyrance feasted upon the carcass he killed, tearing through the scales and reaching the delicious ribs, tossing them which weighed three-hundred pounds into his mouth with a flick of his neck and breaking them in an instant, indulging in the bone-marrow and delicious flesh. It wasn’t long before the entire carcass was gone, devoured by Tyrance alone. Tyrance walked over to his siblings, who were feasting upon the bones and leftover flesh of the carcass they devoured. Tyrance was the tallest at seventeen feet tall and fifty-feet long as stated before, Tyrana was thirteen feet and forty-one feet long, Tyranno was eleven feet and thirty-six feet long and Tyrani was fourteen feet and forty-eight feet long.
After the tyrants finished their meal they made a trek back to Taghia-Sakhra. Tyrani admired the land, which was covered in thick mist and protected by a glistening sun. They were on a field, atop a cliff, which overlooked the stream of Corinae, with its dense vegetation and vast valleys. The rex were proceeding through a forest currently, smashing over mushrooms, eradicated trees and various objects who were unfortunate enough to get in their way. Eventually they returned to the mountain. The sun had set and a beautiful purplish-red light shined across the land, but the ever so creeping mist was still very much present. As most of the rex were preparing for sleep, Tyranak chirped for Tyrance to come to him.
When Tyrance did, in T.rex language he informed his son of how proud he was that he would have a successor to the tyrant throne, and that he was the most fit to be the alpha. Tyrance, showing extreme sentience nuzzled his father, who nuzzled back, before they both bellowed a royal roar, alerting all life who the dominant species was. The pack of ten rex settled into a rest, lying down similar to how roosters, or chickens do in their sleeping positions.
Tyranak awoke from his slumber. In our time it would be six in the morning. Something had caught the old tyrant’s nose, and he arose from his sleep, leaving Tyranoa who was still asleep. He had heard something from beneath the spiraling mountain in his sleep, a sound of walking. Tyranak was confused by this, he arose his titanic body from the ground, and began sniffing the mountain floors, but he felt nothing. He deemed that in his old age, being twenty-eight which is very old for a T.rex, he was beginning to lose his senses. The King walked down the mountain which was still covered in mist, and trekked down a cliff towards a stream.
His mere presence horrified the grazing anatotitan, and dakotaraptors who prowled around. He drank from the stream, and dunk his head in it attempting to wake himself up, but he still had a scent he couldn’t shake. Tyranak returned to the mountain, and lied down in rest, but a loud quake stopped this from happening. This quake awoke the entire pack, who stumbled to their feet groggy and dazed. Tyranak snarled and hissed, the quake was coming from within the mountain. Tyrance chirped for his siblings to unite beside him, to which they did as a pack.
Suddenly, the mountain walls began to crack, before exploding. The pack ducked their heads to protect against the rock and dust that spewed forth, but when they turned their heads back what faced them was terror. Giganoctus, and his some twelve giganotosaurus bellowed a roar of defiance against the tyrant kings, who stood there in shock. Tyranak looked in shock at Giganoctus, he had the gall to actually oppose him. Tyranak bellowed a roar twice as powerful and dominant as Giganoctus, which terrified the now usurper, but not enough for him to back down.
The beasts were next to the edge of the mountain, and Tyranak knew they couldn’t do battle there, and called for his pack tor retreat up the mountain. The ten rex charged up the mountain, smashing through its various alcoves and pathways, destroying a few, which halted the barbaric giganotosaurus. They bolted through the mountain, rising higher and higher, with Tyranak in the lead. They finally made it to the very top of Taghia-Sakhra, which was a two-mile wide plateau. The sun beat down on the plateau as the mist covered them. Tyranak ordered for his pack to rally behind him, in formation for the battle that was to come.
The giganotosaurus caught up, and too rallied behind Giganoctus. This was the final battle between two nemesis. Tyranak bellowed a roar loud enough to hear eight miles away, and Giganoctus did too. The two leaders chirped to their squadrons for attack, this was it. Tyrance looked at Giganoctus with a pure hateful snarl, and his siblings did the same, they were ready to kill, this was it.

Chapter 19: Betrayal
Cutoff from his family, exiled from the Golden-Land, and now left to fend for himself is what has come to the tyrant Tyrantic. His arrogance and lust for power consumed him, and tore him away from the one thing that stood by him, his family. He dashed through the forest in a rage of hormones, pain, agony, and insanity. Smashing through trees, crushing small animals who never stood a chance, all the while bellowing like he had been gored by a triceratops.
Tyrantic finally ended his run at the edge of a hill that went down into the beautiful Golden-Lands, where various herbivores were grazing, but mainly anatotitan. Tyrantic stopped his insanity for a moment, he began to think, he had achieved his goals, he was alone and free, and he could harness his tyrantic nature for his own goals and not the goals of his family, which were for balance. Tyrantic, in spite of his family and their morals, stumbled down the hill and immediately began bellowing psychotically, terrifying the herbivores.
He ran at his maximum speed, which had decreased to twenty-miles per hour. The anatotitan sprinted away from their attacker, who bellowed psychotically, and was slowly picking up speed. Tyrantic was viewing their terror as a game, a game he relished as he smashed through a undergrowth, followed the scared herd around a stream, before finally racing them to a open plains. Tyrantic knew he couldn’t keep up with them through the plains, he thought of a way he could bring chaos to the Golden-Land.
There are two sides to any one tyrannosaurs personality, and they depend on how their parents taught them. Due to being the most powerful predator around, they are the apex predator, the apex predator side like with most animals is there to keep a balance between nature, killing off the animals that could disrupt the balance with their abundance. However, emotion can also get in the way of this, and with their immense power they could potentially destroy the balance in its entirety, if they are not reigned in. Just like lions, and other apex predators, who maintain the balance so does Tyrannosaurus. The tyrant side flows through their blood profusely, and it was flowing through Tyrantic like a waterfall.
Tyrantic, giving into the tyrant side analyzed that the anatotitan were running themselves towards a massive cliff, that acted as a wall. Tyrantic immediately began flanking the anatotitan, flanking them enough that their running into the cliff was a certainty, and from there his plan was enacted. The savage beast charged up a nearby sloped path-way that led towards the top of the cliff. The anatotitan had trapped themselves, and they began to look for a escape route, but it was too late. Tyrantic with his colossal body began to ram into a boulder that was connected to a rocky blockade that if broken, would shatter the entire three-hundred foot cliff.
Tyrantic pushed and pushed, and finally, he….did it. The gigantic boulder plummeted towards the blockade and smashed right through it, causing extreme quake and shaking of the land. The sun’s rays beamed down a purple hue as the cliff began to shatter, collapsing upon itself, right above the anatotitan. Tyrantic ran over to a side where he couldn’t be affected, and watched the chaos. The wall completely exploded, and a colossal piece of it landed directly on the herd of anatotitans, as they screamed in pain and agony.
Tyrantic began to bellow a bellow so horrific, you could hear it twenty-miles away. This alerted Tyranak, who immediately arose from his sleeping position on Taghia-Sakhra and ordered Tyrance, Tyranno, and Tyrana to follow him towards the bellow. The four arrived too late, the gigantic cliff of Sariun, a location in Dhahabi’ard, was shattered, destroyed. The rex looked in utter shock at the events that had taken place. Tyrana chirped in T.rex language at what could have done this, and Tyranak had no reply.
Tyrana began to look around, and atop the cliff, there was the culprit. Tyrana bellowed to Tyrantic, alerting the others, who did the same. The tyrant bellowed back to them, before taking off into the forest. Tyranno chirped with rage, before setting off after Tyrantic, much to Tyrance and Tyranak’s dismay as they bellowed furiously for him to return.
Tyrance immediately took off after Tyranno, Tyranak stayed back and viewed the carnage, and Tyrana did the same. Tyranno, being the smallest of the rex, at eleven-feat tall, was the fastest. He ran at a clocked in thirty-miles per-hour, and easily caught up to the lumbering Tyrantic. It was deep in the conifer-forest, as Tyrantic looked back to see his little brother ram into him full force, sending both of them rolling down a hill and into a swamp. Tyranno did battle with his older brother, but he barely scarred the beast, who tanked most of his strikes and retaliated with clamps and tail-whips.
Tyrance caught up just in time to see Tyrantic holding Tyranno by the jaws, before throwing his brother down. Tyranno barely gasped for air, and couldn't stand. Tyrance bellowed a bellow of pure alpha-dominance at Tyrantic, who roared in defiance. The two immediately began tussling, with Tyrance pushing Tyrantic back deep into the swamp, smashing through mangroves as Tyrance clamped onto his brother’s snout and shook it furiously.
The two clambered, ferociously clawing and gnawing at each others hide. Tyrance annihilated Tyrantic with a unmatched smash from his gigantic head, sending the Tyrant stumbling into a tree before. Tyrantic rose to his feet, and charged Tyrance like nothing had happened to him, even though he had a deep wound in his neck, and a half-broken jaw. The two continued tussling before, like lightning, a humongous deinosuchus twice their size lunged from the swamp rivers, and nearly clamped directly onto Tyrance’s neck.
The two stood back and looked in horror at the beast, which immediately submerged itself into the water again. Tyrance looked in shock, but this would be his mistake as Tyrantic with no honor charged Tyrance and rammed him through two mangroves, before knocking him into a undergrowth. Tyrance, dazed arose to his feet just as Tyrantic prepared to land the killing blow, and smashed his brother’s foot with that of his own, before knocking into his brother, collapsing Tyrantic to the ground.
Tyrantic tried to rise to his feet, but was met by the jaws of his father Tyranak, who clamped onto his neck and tossed him four feet into the swamp. Tyrantic shook his head, before watching as Tyrance and Tyranak walked up to him with a ferocious snarl. Tyranak was forever shaken by what his son had become, and looked at him with disgust. Tyrance had enough with the insanity of his brother, and charged him, knocking the both of them towards the edge of a cliff, which led into even deeper swamp. Tyrantic clawed back, trying to escape the fight, but it was to no avail, as Tyrance clamped onto his brother’s neck and tossed him down the cliff, sending him tumbling down into the deep swamp, he was no longer visible. Tyrance looked over the cliff, and Tyranak soon joined him, viewing the ravine like warriors prepared for a battlecry. They heard no battlecry.
Tyranak deemed it that his son was dead, and Tyrance did too. They began a trek back towards the Golden-Land. They returned to Tyranno and Tyrana, and informed them that Tyrantic was dead. When the rex returned to Taghia-Sakhra, they told Tyranoa and the rest of the pack of the events that had transpired. Tyranoa began to chirp out softly, in sadness at what had become of her child. Tyrance walked over to where his brother use to sleep, and lied in it, remembering with tyrannosaur intelligence what his brother once was.
Back in the deep swamp, Giganoctus, the leader of the pack of giganotosaurus that prowled the swamp pressed forward through such, there was limited food, and all but Giganoctus were practically emaciated. Giganoctus had a warrior-esque look on his face, and was battle scarred from his various scuffles with Tyranak. As they pressed through the swamp, they came upon a large figure, buried in mud.
Large toe claws, and a massive jaw, the beast seemed unconscious. One of the gigas snarled if they could kill it, to which Giganoctus provided an answer of no. He began to sniff the creature, and caught the scent of the one thing he feared the most. Giganoctus, had an idea, and ordered the pack to carry this creature towards their nesting grounds.
When they returned to the nesting grounds, the beast had awoken, and it looked similar to a zombie, with its mauled snout, crushed feet, and noticeably large and deep gashes across its neck. The beast had nothing to say, as Giganoctus chirped if it knew anything about the rex that ruled Dhahabi’ard, and if it knew how to infiltrate the mountain of Taghia-Sakhra so they could takeover the land. The beast did not reply, as rain pummeled onto its hide that was covered in mud.
The creature snarled, before releasing what would be in T.rex language, yes.

Chapter 18: When It All Changed
The ground shook and dust flew up into the air as two tyrants clashed, wrestling and bellowing against the sun-glazed plains. Slamming into rocks, the two tyrants moved against the rising sun, bellowing with every move. One tyrant was charcoal black, another was a reddish-brown. They fought as equals, colliding against rock formations and terrifying away herds of herbivores. The reddish-brown tyrant clamped onto the back of his opponent, who yelled in pain and ferociously snarled and tugged trying to escape.
The beast threw the charcoal tyrant six feet away, sending it smashing against a rock. The charcoal tyrant rose up unaffected, and immediately bellowed and charged his aggressor, but it was to no avail as his opponent spun around his charge, and rammed into him with its colossal skull. The charcoal tyrant was out of stamina, he couldn’t keep up with the strategic thinking and power of his opponent, who walked up to him and placed its foot on his skull before using its claws to turn his face towards his.
The charcoal tyrant looked in anger and aggression at it’s own flesh and blood, Tyrance, who had a blank stare against his face as the morning sun shined golden-light upon his scales. Tyrance used his body to help his brother, Tyrantic, up from the mud. Tyrantic snarled at Tyrance like a ferocious, protective crocodile, and got up on his own. Three years have passed since they dealt with the worst winter in years.
Tyrance and Tyrantic are now fifteen years old. Tyrance is now seventeen-feet tall, his childhood feathers have completely shed, as has Tyrantic’s, and his muscles have grown far stronger. Tyrance’s jaw muscles could singularly with ease carry an entire tree log, but the thing that is the most to notice is Tyrance’s bite-force, twenty-thousand pounds. His skin color was a reddish-brown, he had truly grown into his alpha role, with the only one he listened to being his mother and his father.
Tyrantic was also seventeen-feet tall, he sported charcoal black scales and also had shed his feathers, revealing the muscles of a Tyrannosaurus rex. Tyrantic had a bite-force of eighteen-thousand pounds and overall was weaker than Tyrance, but he could never accept this, he could never accept that he was not the absolute alpha, and that feeling bit and tore at him, every single moment. Something had changed about Tyrantic though, all of his family noticed this, he had developed remarkable militaristic strategies, uncommon in tyrannosaurs, much more in allosaurs and raptors.
The two brothers stomped back to the towering mountain of Taghia-Sakhra, showered in the rays of the now fully shining sun, and plowing through the beautiful flowers and grass in the land of Dhahabi’ard. There was no cold breeze slicing through their snouts, there was a warm, perfect breeze and a perfect heat, the ideal temperature for T.rex. Herds of triceratops, anatotitan, and alamosaurus ran together, almost four-thousand of them, grazing next to a flowing river, which was guarded by a marvelous waterfall. Tyrance turned his head as they were running and admired the beauty, but he was mainly looking at the prey beneath, which made him lick his lips with hunger. The two returned to the mountain and reunited with Tyranak their father, who had been watching the fight. He chirped to Tyrance that his skills had vastly improved, and he snapped to Tyrantic that he charged out of emotion and not strategy, which could and would get him killed in a real fight.
Tyrantic said nothing, he stumbled off to a cave beneath the mountain. Tyranak was worried about his son, everyday he acted weirder, more psychotic, more enraged by anything that wasn’t going his way, and when something did, he bellowed maniacally and gloated. Tyranak hissed to Tyrance to keep an eye on Tyrantic, he wanted to make sure his son was okay, Tyrance did too of course, and set out to communicate with his sibling.
Tyrance carefully scaled down the mountain, painting at the steep decline, which came quick and sudden. He followed where his nose was telling him, and finally came upon his brother. Tyrance looked around the cave with a curious look on his face, sniffing the various mushrooms and walls like a bloodhound. He prowled through the cave, like the predator he is, and finally came upon his brother.
Tyrantic was sprawled out with his arms, legs, and head on the ground. He was in the coldest area of the cave, and seemed to be relishing in it. Condensation from the cave walls dripped onto the back of Tyrantic who lied there, shivering. Tyrance immediately ran over and nudged his brother, making sure he was alive. Tyrantic did not reply with a chirp, but with a ferocious hiss followed by a clamp. His eyes were demonic, filled with rage, hate, anger, and pain. He eased his head back into a rest.
Tyrance backed up in shock, he never realized how much his brother really hated him. Instinct took hold, and Tyrance immediately bellowed at his brother, who arose from his slumber and yelled back, this wasn’t going to be good. Tyrance bellowed with anger, and Tyrantic did the same. The two charged and smashed into each other, clamping, hissing, and slicing each others hide sending blood dripping onto the cave floors. Tyrantic stomped on Tyrance’s foot, and took the advantage to grab Tyrance’s head with his jaw and threw him into a sharp cave wall.
Tyrance stopped for a second, he was on the ground with blood dripping from his body. He looked at Tyrantic, no words were spoken, no sounds were heard besides the echoes of the cave. Tyrance stood up, adrenaline, pain, and anger filled his body as he charged full force into Tyrantic, smashing the two through a cave wall. Tyrantic tried to fight back but could do nothing against the sheer force and brawn of his brother, who anticipated all of his bites and retaliated each one with either an unbearably painful gash from his teeth, or a clamp from his jaw.
The pack of rex above heard loud bellows and shaking coming from below them. Tyrani and Tyranno rushed over to the source of the shaking, the sound of chaos and pain was all they heard. Tyranak and Tyranoa rushed over too. Tyranak began to notice the floor where the sounds were coming from was beginning to get cracks, and he immediately bellowed for his children and other pack members to evade. Just as Tyranak chirped this, a colossal smash was heard which emanated across the Golden-Land as Tyrance propelled Tyrantic through the floor.
The two ferociously did battle, tussling, colliding, scratching, clamping, hissing, anything you could think of when it comes to theropod battle. Tyrantic ducked underneath Tyrance and clamped onto his neck, and threw him to the ground. Tyrantic attempted to attack Tyrance, but was immediately shoved away by a pack member. Tyrance arose to his feet dazed, but suddenly tossed right back into the fray as Tyrantic began to ferociously maul one of his brethren.
Tyranak bellowed a loud, mad roar at his son to stop, to which he did not. The tyrannosaur bellowed in pain as Tyrantic knocked it to the ground and in an instant snapped it’s neck with his maw. The land was quiet, the world was dim and it seemed as though everything in the entire world was looking at Tyrantic. Tyrantic dropped the now dead pack member, who was only trying to stop the fighting. Tyranoa stared with her mouth agape, almost as much was Tyrance, who looked at his brother with pure fear.
Tyrantic stopped, his panting slowed down into a breath, which settled into a fearful snarl. The pack of ten rex encircled Tyrantic. Tyranak said nothing, he did not bellowed, but merely looked into his son’s eyes, before chirping what would be in T.rex language, exile. Tyrantic said nothing, no one chirped anything. Tyrantic snarled, before bellowing loudly and charging Tyrance in a final attempt to kill his brother, but proved nothing as Tyrance with ease side-stepped Tyrantic and watched as he tumbled and fell down the cliff.
The pack only watched as Tyrantic looked up one last time before charging the mountain in a painful, sorrowful attempt to kill Tyrance, you could almost pity the beast, who was halted by a second, this time loud, exile. Tyrantic finally stopped, he turned around, and began running off into the unknown. Tyranno, Tyrana, and Tyrani all looked in shock at what just happened. Tyrance turned and looked at his father, who looked back at him with contempt in his eyes.
Tyrance chirped in tyrannosaur language if he was to go looking for him, to which Tyranak snapped back no, he was no longer apart of the pack, he was no longer a Dhahabi’ard T.rex.

Chapter 17: The Last Frost
The blizzard had only gotten worse, as the once “Golden Land” was turned into nothing more than a frozen land. The sacred mountain that the T.rex lived on, Taghia-sakhra, was now a frozen un-inhabitable spike in Dhahabi’ard. The rich, dense woodlands that the herbivores, T.rex, and other predators once inhabited was now a snow covered, dead branch riddled wasteland.
This truly was the worst Winter of all time, but it was almost over. Tyranak rallied the pack with a leader’s bellow, chirping to them that they were going to look for his children. They pressed forward, smashing through dead trees, and enduring the sharp fractals of hail they impaled and bounced off their flesh. They could barely use their nose to follow anything, as every breath was like a frozen dagger cutting through their nostrils. The beasts pressed through the forest, as the dark-blue hue of the land and a thick fog was all their eyes could take in.
They had reached the end of the forest, and what lied ahead was what might have been a swamp in the Summer, but was now a frozen river with snow covered mangroves. Tyranak turned his massive skull to the left, he analyzed the clifftop they were now on. He looked around the land, viewing the dangerous alcoves, the horrific frozen rivers which a single step could break, but what he noticed most was a large cavern connected to a hill. The pathway up was a long snowy one, but Tyranak’s tightened alpha senses detected something that felt familiar.
The Tyrant bellowed for the pack to follow him. Tyrani stared at the once blossoming flowers, that were now dead, and the various creatures that were frozen in ice, or buried underneath a thick curtain of hail and snow. She made sure to stay close to one of the T.rex in the pack of eight, she did not want to get lost in this frozen land.
Tyrantic struggled to his feet, his whole body shaking as cold condensation from the cavern ceiling dripped onto his back. The beast’s fearsome maw widened into a yawn, and then fell back into a terrifying snarl, he had lost the fight to the raptors. Tyrantic smashed his foot into the snow, and shook with a near psychotic rage, Tyrance had outlasted him, his own sister had outlasted him. Tyrantic swung his head to the ceiling and bellowed with extreme pain and frustration, his eyes moving in various different directions. Tyrana still had not awoke, she had serious injuries, and her body was trying to heal them.
Tyrantic stumbled outside the cavern, his mouth partially open and his teenage feathers blowing in the wind. He looked around at the frozen world, which almost made him faint. He stumbled down the pathway, which circled around a large drop which if fallen into would most certainly kill you. He made it to the end, or entrance of the pathway and started to walk. His walk however turned into a jog, which turned into a sprint, but finally ended as a ferocious run into the unknown.
Tyrance sprinted through the forest, blasting through various obstacles, he was in a hurry to reach his siblings. The morning sun was beginning to rise, forsaking the dark-blue hue for a pale-white one. Tyrance finally made it back to the cavern pathway, he used his massive legs and incredible strength to propel himself through a build up of branches, and finally trekked through the pathway and reached the cave. Tyrance reached the cave and a sigh of relief encompassed him, but it was soon followed by a sigh of despair, Tyrantic was gone. Tyrana had awoken and was crouched down breathing heavy, each exhale blowing a cold mist into the air. She chirped happily at seeing her brother, who dropped a large triceratops tail for her to feast upon.
Tyrance sniffed the floor of the cavern, T.rexes can smell up to fifty miles away and identify exactly what walked by and how long ago it did, and this was what Tyrance was doing. He had caught the scent of Tyrantic, and chirped to Tyrana he would be looking for him, before setting off on yet another restless venture into a frozen wasteland.
The tyrant ventured down the path before beginning his search for Tyrantic. He followed where his nose led him, through a thick thorny bush, around a rock blockade, and underneath a road covered in snow. Tyrance was now at the end of a coast, which was now of course frozen, but what he noticed most about the coast was large three-toed footprints curving around the frozen water and inside a shaded forest. Tyrance put his snout to the ground and smelled the footprints, his brother, Tyrantic was all that pulsated through his brain.
Tyrance followed the tracks, looking around cautiously while ducking his head to avoid the onslaught of hail. When Tyrance made it inside the thicket, a almost warm breeze filled his face, distorting his body from the usual frostbite. Tyrance’s eyes blinked and his mouth widened as he began to see snow melt and fall off of a large dead conifer. Tyrance knew what it meant, the Golden-Land was returning, but it hadn’t yet, and as he pressed forward through the unusually warm forest the spine chilling frost returned to plague him further.
Tyrance continued trekking through the forest, he walked underneath a tree branch and bursted through another covered in snow, he coughed and snarled as the countless snowflakes filled his maw. Tyrance noticed the trees had formed a blockade, not very uncommon considering how long he has been here. The T.rex had grown use to these blockades, and spun around using his muscular tail to break-apart the blockade.
Meanwhile, Tyrantic had caught onto a scent, a scent of something he despised with a passion. The psychotic beast ran at his maximum speed, twenty-three mph, blasting and destroying small wooden coverings forged by other dinosaurs, and various small trees. The fourteen-foot tall beast’s stride was suddenly halted, he looked to the ground and noticed footprints that were large for a theropod, fitting of a raptor. The beast’s pupils expanded, and his jaw widened as he released a menacing, quiet death snarl; he almost let out a laugh as he followed the tracks, walking on his toes.
Various insects pecked and stung Tyrance as he walked through the frozen forest, every step sounding like a car crashing at sixty miles per-hour. The tyrannosaur came upon an outcropping the forest, there was no sound only the screech of the snow. However, Tyrance heard something in the distance, a sound of, carnage. The Tyrant King heard the sounds of several beasts screaming in pain, as though their bones were being crushed in an instant.
The Tyrant King followed his ears towards the sound, the fear of a potential predator filling his body with fight-or-flight. He walked through a few trees, around a frozen coast, and finally back in the forest. This new section of the forest was riddled with, footprints, footprints of a large predator and a small predator. The blizzard had settled, leaving only that infamous dark-blue hue, and cold breeze that felt like a dagger slicing your hide. Tyrance followed the footprints, but the sound had stopped, however something else had sprung up, Tyrantic’s scent.
Tyrance’s face went from a prepared snarl, to a confused gaze, why would his brother be here? Was he killed by a predator! Was he the predator? These thoughts in pummeled and echoed through Tyrance’s brain. He followed the tracks further, before finally coming upon the site. A large wooden shelter, crafted by raptors, was now nothing but wreckage. Blood, blood was everywhere, on the walls of the shelter, the ceiling, it had dyed the snow red.
Tyrance looked in confusion and fear at something else though, six dakotaraptor, all dead, but not eaten. What could have done this? Tyrance heard a sound in the distance, a crackling sound like bones being smashed by a boulder. The beast cautiously walked over to the sound, and he finally saw the culprit. A charcoal black tyrannosaurus flicked it’s neck up and swallowed a whole dakotaraptor. Tyrance bellowed a royal bellow at the beast, which immediately stopped in its tracks.
The beast swallowed its meal and looked into the distance with no effect. Tyrance was now angered, his jaw snarled and he bellowed an even larger roar, this time catching the attention of this monster. The T.rex took a foot back, turned it’s neck around, and revealed itself to be Tyrantic, whose jaw was dripping blood almost as much as his reptilian feet and arms were. Tyrance’s angered face settled, he looked at his brother with fear, he had never seen him do anything so brutal.
Tyrantic, staring directly into Tyrance’s eyes opened his mouth and licked the blood off of his maw and teeth, and then closed his jaw again. The two shared no chirps; Tyrance looked back at the carnage once more, he shared no compassion for the family of the beasts that nearly killed his family, but still there was something, off, about what Tyrantic did, it was extremely brutal, and he only ate one of six. Tyrance returned his gaze to his brother, before chirping for him to return to the cavern with him.
Tyrance began a trek back to the cavern, but Tyrantic held back, he looked at the carnage, and you could almost make out a grin, a sick, psychotic grin as he began to follow Tyrance. The two trekked back through the frozen forest, around the coast, and through the forest again before finally returning to the cavern. Tyrance stopped in his tracks, he lifted his head up and sniffed the air, something was wrong, and it was coming from the cavern. Tyrance immediately sped off at his maximum speed towards the cavern, with Tyrantic in close pursuit.
The two made it back to the cavern only to see the same Tapejara that attacked Tyrance furiously pecking a wounded Tyrana as she dodged the strikes. Tyrance and Tyrantic both bellowed, terrifying the beast, who quickly turned around and began to fly away, but this wasn’t going to happen, as the beast’s leg was clamped onto by Tyrance’s jaw, and tossed to the ground before being smashed with a colossal theropod foot. Tyrance lifted up the body of the now dead pterosaur, and threw it off of the frozen pathway. Tyrana was fine, she had dodged most of the strikes, but it still got her a few times, and you could see various patches of blood on her body.
Tyrance lied down and rested next to his sister, and Tyrantic watched the entrance of the cavern, making sure no predators were overlooking it. Meanwhile, Tyranak was leading the pack of rex towards a large hill he saw in the distance. They passed through a plains, around a forest, and through a large iced-out river before coming across a basin. The pack of eight analyzed the basin, a gruesome battle had taken place, the bodies of dakotaraptors littered the basin.
Tyranoa analyzed the chaos. She walked over to a large theropod footprint and lowered her snout hoping to catch the scent of one of her children, she did. Tyranoa immediately chirped to Tyranak and the pack to follow these footprints, she had caught the scent of Tyrance. Although the blizzard had stopped the air had only gotten colder, and the tyrannosaurs shivered intensely and cold mist sprayed whenever they exhaled.
The pack chased the tracks, following them through a broken blockade before finally coming across a long spiraling pathway that led to a cavern connected to a mountain. Tyranak ordered the pack to wait, he was going to examine it alone to make sure there were no predators. The tyrant king trekked up the pathway, his tyrannosaur feet and claws getting stuck in the snow with every step.
He made it to the cavern, before he could check it however, the pathway began to crumble and fall apart! Tyranoa and Tyrani bellowed for Tyranak to get out of way, and with haste he lunged, barely escaping falling to his death. Tyranak was now trapped, the pathway had crumbled and all that was left was the little platform he was on. Tyranak chirped that he would find a way back and for them to stay.
However Tyranak wasn’t out of the woodwork yet, he entered the cavern to see his three children, Tyrance, Tyrantic and Tyrana, asleep. Tyranak’s face was overjoyed, although you couldn’t see pass his colossal teeth and terrifying jaw. He roared, awakening his children, who immediately rushed over to him and nuzzled.
Tyranak chirped to them that the pathway was broken, and he did not know of a way out. Tyrance immediately began looking around, pushing his snout onto various areas of the cavern, trying to find a weakness. The four rex all did the same, trying to examine a weakness in the wall; Tyrance felt something, something strange, he placed his snout on a different side of the wall, then back, and it was weaker.
He immediately bellowed that he had found something, Tyranak examined it, and it was a weakness. The four quickly began ramming their colossal bodies into the wall, with each smash sending clouds of dust and ash into the air. The wall began to get weaker, and you could see various cracks appearing around it. Tyranak stepped back, and rammed into the wall one more time with full force, and it collapsed, revealing a way out. The four escaped with haste, and immediately reunited with the pack.
The siblings hugged Tyrani, their brother Tyranno, and their mother Tyranoa, having not seen them in what would seem like ages. Tyrance thought one thing, he had proven himself, he had saved his siblings and was truly a leader. He didn’t allow arrogance to consume him though, as they had not returned to the Golden-Land yet. Tyranak bellowed to the full pack of twelve that they would be returning home. The sun was for once extremely visible, and the endless snow was beginning to concede its rule, and melting very quickly.
Tyrantic had chirped very few things even though he had not seen his family in a while, and he did not tell them of the massacre he committed against the dakotaraptors. Tyrance knew all of this though, and worried for his brother’s sanity as they trekked back, passing through alcoves, rocky basins, forests, and frozen swamps.
The pack came upon the dead carcass of two edmontosaurus, they were not lucky enough to have survived the winter. Tyranak ordered four members of the pack lift them, they had found their meal, it would be enough to last them at-least until the end of this frost.
As they finally passed underneath a colossal tree log, Tyrance dwelled to a dream he had while he was sleeping. In the dream, the land was cloudy, filled with ash and dust. The world was covered in fire, and ice, accompanied by terror. He walked upon a meadow, countless corpses of anatotitan and triceratops littered it. Before this nightmare had come to a close, Tyrance was warped to a crack in the Earth, where he was doing battle with a horrific beast standing upright, covered in white with a gold underbelly, ferocious teeth and claws, with a protruding horn from the top of his snout.
This beast tossed him aside, lifted him up by his neck and smashed him into a wall. It grabbed a jagged rock shaped like a spear, and prepared to stab Tyrance, before he awoke from his slumber. As they trekked back, Tyrance wondered what this dream could have meant, why would he have such a complex dream? Well, it was nothing he thought, as the family of rex returned to Dhahabi’ard and the colossal mountain Taghia-Sakhra of which they call home.
