I'd like to see some different dinosaurs fight, not our generic carnivores fight.

How about Triceratops and Torosaurus?  But please, if you do, make sure that it's under very abnormal circumstances, like right after the asteroid hit or there was a severe drought, or even during rutting season to make sure that they have to incentive.
