I consider it's a neovenatorid too... which is not too far from Megalosaurid anyway.

Shaochilong - a basal carcharodontosaur neovenatorid wass unearthed in the rural sprawls of the 60's. It was moderate in size,based on the length of the maxillary tooth row – is estimated of 5 to 6 metres (16 to 20 ft)
There was a short period of time where Chilantaisaurus was considered the same species, however cau and company reclassfified it in the megalosauridae in 2009.
