Well T.rex arms I now can lift 450 lbs, not sure about the rest.

Actually the trex arms are quite strong, for the size of the arm! Not weak like most people say, but still useless in combat. (I think)

You're reading this the wrong way. Tyrannosaurus' arms are quite powerful for the size of them, not his overall size. You can't compare arm strength to size. Gorillas would be the same way, having weak arms for their size, yet we know they have very strong forearms. Does that make sense?

Except for the abelisaurs. Plus raptors. Their arms are kind of skinny.

^ tipped with pretty lethal looking claws though. The arms of most abelisaur species were vestigial or pretty close, with the exception of one or two

Didn't say raptor arms weren't dangerous, just not that strong ;)
