Other thing, would you rather be chased by a T. rex or Giganotosaurus.
I would be chased by a Giganotosaurus, I'm hoping that his poor eyesight will save me, even though he's faster.
Actually Giganotosaurus had better sight, having large orbitals. It just lacked the Tyrannosaurus' depth perception. So I say Tyrannosaurus, since it was slower and had worse eyesight. However, its unrivaled sense of smell would allow it to track me down from miles away even if, and i stress IF, I did escape. Brb with a website review.
Giganotosaurus had eyes placed more to the sides. Being chased by a Tyrannosaurus would be like being chased by a wolf with the nose of a turkey vulture(only many times bigger and deadlier). They probably had comparable speeds. I guess I'd take Giga(slightly worse eyesight). Might give me an edge, might.
