The Tale of Three Siblings, Episode 2

It has been several years since the battle with the Sinorthosaurus, Hazel has recovered, but has a few scars, and the family is growing well. Rusty is catching a few insects, when a whole family of Sinorthosaurus ambush him from the trees. There are five Sinorthosaurus surrounding Rusty, but he is not going to go down without a fight. He lunges at the nearest one, and with his large hand claws, cuts the animal's throat open. The other Sinorthosaurus are mad at the death of a family member, and are about to attack Rusty when a loud roar pierces the air. A Yutyrannus has spotted the commotion, and thinks he could use a snack. The Sinorthosaurus built into the trees, leaving Rusty to get eaten. Rusty runs, but the Yutyrannus quickly catches up to him. Rusty feels the jaws of the Yutyrannus and lets out a loud cry before being crushed and eaten. Hazel and Amber are at the neat with their parents when the hears the cry and know that their brother is dead. They then hear a different sound coming from all around the nest, a large pack of Sinornithoides has come to take the nest and kill the family of Sinosauropteryx. The four Sinosauropteryx are hopelessly out numbered by the pack of eight Sinornithoides. The mother Sinosauropteryx knows she will have to fight, so she lunges forwards and grabs one Sinornithoides with her jaws and hits it with her long claws, quickly killing it. The father Sinosauropteryx attacks another Sinornithoides but hitting it hard int he stomach with his claws. Hazel and Amber fight too by jumping on one of the intruders, killing it too. Then one of the Sinornithoides jumps onto the father Sinosauropteryx and another raking its hand claws across the mother's throat. Amber and Hazel run away from the attack to avoid a similar fate than what befell their parents. The mother is not dead quite yet though, and she manages to kill off another Sinornithoides before she is overrun and killed. Years after their parents were killed, Amber and Hazel still stick together for protection. They are adults now, but are still in danger. A quick movement catches their eye, they turn to face the movement and roar at it. Out comes a bitten Proarceopteryx, it suddenly stops moving and falls. Hazel goes to investigate it, and finds that it is not dead, but paralyzed. Three Sinorthosaurus swoop out of the trees and surround Hazel and Amber. Amber instantly jumps onto a Sinorthosaurus, killing it, while Hazel sends her claws deep into another one's gut. While not killing it, she caused a great amount of damage. Then, a Sinorthosaurus bites Hazel, and the wounded one bites Amber. One Sinorthosaurus jumps on Hazel, killing her. They then turn to Amber, who starts to run. The Sinorthosaurus eat a dead Hazel and paralyzed Proarceaopteryx, letting Amber go. Amber runs as fast as she can before the poison settles in her and she stops right in her tracks. It takes several days before the poison's effect goes away, and luckily, nothing has disturbed Amber, who gets up, extremely hungry. She quickly catches a rodent who was starting to investigate her, and eats it up. Now full, she resumes her normal life, but mourns at the loss of her sister too. Several years later, Amber is the Alpha of a large pack of Sinosauropteryx, and has many offspring. She will continue lead this pack, and eventually dies at a very old age, with many battle scars, showing the countless times she had a brush with death.
