Ht had its head tilted at an angle, where as T. rex has its head horizontal. It also has a different skull deign. Nanotyrannus has a longer, thinner skull than a juvinile T. rex. It's brain is also backwards if you comepare it to a tyrannosaurus. Now for Nanotyrannus facts: It was 7.5 feet tall and 17 feet long. It had a bite force of 900 pounds. It also had long, powerful legs capable of running very fast, he was built for running, unlike T. rex. It weight half a ton, heavy for its size.. And now, for skull comparisons. Sorry, I meant to have it say "Nanotyrannus has long been disscused about wheat her it was its own species, of a juvinile tyrannosaur. I think it is its own species, and hears why." Then the "Ht" was supposed to be Nt which I use on my iPad to abbreviate Nanotyrannus. Ps. If you look at the front of the bottom of the jaw, you will see a difference between the jaw of Nanotyrannus and "Jane" the juvenile T. rex.

I believe NanoT was it's own species too. However, I will say, I never did notice the difference in the lower jaw. Minor detail, but interesting. Like you said, based on the skull and orientation of the brain, the head of NanoT was held kind of downward while Tyrannosaurus was pretty straight on. Their teeth were also different shapes. NanoT had the standard steak-knife teeth of most predatory dinosaurs. T-rex on the other hand had teeth that were more like rail-road spikes. Just another detail that supports the idea that Nanotyrannus was it's own species.

I don't know about you guys, but I see very striking similarities in those two skulls. I stand fairly partial on this debate however and this reason can be described in one word Skeleton. Without a good Nanotyrannus skeleton, we have little to know evidence that it was different or the same to a juvenile T. Rex. I won't have much of a say until some good irrefutible remains are found, and reoccur
