Deinonychus- 13 ft long, 6.5 ft tall, 300 lbs
One of the largest dromaeosaurs, Deinonychus was also one of the deadliest. It had 2 inch teeth, a 6 inch killing claw on each foot, intelligence rivaling that of present day wolves, and strength in numbers.

Tenontosaurus- 23 ft long, 8 ft tall, 1 ton
This dinosaur may seem helpless, but remember, it's many times bigger than it's opponent. Tenontosaurus could use it's sheer size as a weapon, along with it's long tail.

Fight-
A lone Tenontosaurus is feeding in a small clearing surrounded by thick forest. A pack of 6 raptors are stalking it. The alpha male launches the attack. The raptors come from everywhere. They leap at the Tenontosaurus and begin to slash it's sides open. The large herbivore strikes back though. It suddenly rolls onto it's side and crushes one of the raptors under it's massive weight. The other raptors scatter and make a new plan. Two raptors run at the herbivore's face to distract it. Two others attack the Tenontosaurs flanks again. One raptor attempts to jump on the herbivore's back, but instead get's smashed by the Tenontosaurs tail. The raptor goes flying and smashes against a boulder 10 yards away. The Tenontosaurus may have killed 2 members, but it's too late. The alpha male raptor has cut the herbivore's throat with it's toe claw. The Tenontosaurus' lifeblood pours onto the ground and it slowly dies. The raptors now engage in their feast. The alpha pushes the others away so he can select the choice parts.
Winner- Deinonychus (4 out of 6 left)
Tenontosaurus did not go down without a fight. He was simply outnumbered and outgunned. Not to mention outsmarted.

MemberCompsognathusJun-07-2013 1:26 PMThanks, it ain't very long, but I think it's pretty good. Like my Ceratosaurus vs Allosaurus and the Clash of Tyrants, this fight probably did happen.
