What if instead of a Tyrannosaurus Rex, the Spinosaurus from Jurassic Park 3 attacked the raft in Jurassic World Rebirth's river attack sequence? That's precisely what one Jurassic Park fan wondered - and went as far as to completely swap out the T-Rex for JP3's iconic Spinosaurus! The following fan edit is so well done, we had to acknowledge it here.

Going by My Life With Monsters on Instagram, check out this seamless replacement and imagine how epic it would have been if we got a return of the JP3 Spino:

While the T-Rex in Rebirth also looks fantastic and a huge step up from the visual effects in the previous 3 World entries, there's something timeless about the Spinosaurus from Jurassic Park 3. Sadly, the Spinosaurus featured in Rebirth are a step away from this iconic design.

Now that Jurassic World Rebirth has been released, check out interesting concept artwork from the film! You can also find behind-the-scenes production photos in our image gallery, here!

Jurassic World Rebirth did extremely well during its theatrical run, earning Universal Pictures over $860 million at the global box office! The film reportedly cost $180 million.
