We have an asset out of containment! Today on Ellen, Chris Pratt starred as one of the talk show's interview guests to help promote his next film, Jurassic World and Universal allowed the show to debut an entire clip from the movie! The clip chosen was the scene in which the Indominus Rex escapes its paddock, as one unsuspecting worker is snatched up and eaten, Chris Pratt's character Owen manages to escape the enclosure and hide under a nearby truck. But he isn't the only one who managed to escape the confines - the Indominus Rex also manages to smash its way through the massive metal door which didn't close quite fast enough. Lauren Lapkus, Irrfan Khan and Jake Johnson watch in horror from Jurassic World's control room as the terrifying hybrid abomination escapes and begins to terrorize those caught in its path.

UPDATE - HD version of the clip just released by Universal Pictures:

The clip itself has already been nearly completely shown in the film's recent trailers, however, this clip shows the scene's events without cutting away and does feature a few seconds worth of new footage. Check out the video recording below, thanks to forum member Peter.

Here are some screencaps from the latest trailers which give you a clearer picture of what happened in this scene: (view more in the Jurassic World Image Gallery)

First I want to say that the CGI looks great in this clip. Nothing looked fake here. Nice job.

Second, this clip gave me goosebumps because the score and shots reminded me exactly of the first Jurassic Park.

I'm pretty happy now.
