Hope Rexfan is doing well but loved the rap battle!
This was fun to write and to read. I hope RexFab is doing well right now and that he may eventually rejoin us.
Ummmmm...........
I too had lots of fun working on this. And I am glad he chose the best pth and may all of us do so aswell.
Damn shame to see him go. Life happened, and he chose the responsible path. Good for him I say. Maybe we'll see him again one day.
The Rap Battle was great. Had a good time writing that.
I know you guys won't beleive me but when I said " you have no taste in hybrid animals" I was somewhat joking.
i don't truly like her design, I know I said otherwise. But I just don't like her jaws or those weird bumps on her neck( they creep me out).
Okay, for comparison.
The oldest living Cassowary in captivity was about 50.
Saltwater Crocodiles can live between 70-100 years old.
Some birds can live up to or even over 100 years.
INGEN created their Dinosasurs to mature in the shortest time possible, this was about 5 years in the novels.
The Apatosaurs in Jurassic World reach full size in 10 years.
If Rexy was about 5 years old during the Isla Nublar Incident, she would be about 28 years old now. There is no confirmed lifespan for these animals so we can suggest she might not even be middle aged yet!
I personally loved the trailer. As for Gigadino, what Happy said. Also, as for the size thing of I-rex, there is a backstory where on the Masrani site that shows they have been able to create technology that allows them to manipulate DNA and other genetic coding to their pleasure. They most likely manipulated the size genes of Tyrannosaurus and Giganotosaurus in the movie to make the "Giant" genes dominant to please the crowd. Just sayin'
Awesome as always! Still so happy I got to draw a picture of him!
Who would win in a fight, Shadow or Terrance?
Why making this guy? Because dear ol' Rexy was overused. As if a T.rex isn't big and scary enough for those people. JP's T.rex is already oversized, so a such thing would be tremendously freaking...
Guys, why not just drop it. Gigadino doesn't like the trailer. Big deal. There will be people who dislike the movie. It's inevitable. Not everyone is going to watch a movie just because that's what most people are going to do. Not everyone watches a movie just because the trailer had cool cars, big guns and explosions. Everyone has different tastes, so just leave him alone. He's allowed to state his opinion. Do I agree with it? Not really. Does his opinion affect my opinion on the trailer? No, not at all.
I've already said that what I dislike is I-rex, not inaccuracies. Hell, JP is full of inaccuracies, nobody cares about a scaled Dromeosaurid (if it's a JP Dromeosaurid). I-rex looks very awful though.
Just the same, looking back at that post, just because Spino is "smaller" doesn't mean it wouldn't stand a chance. It would actually have a fairly good shot depending on where the battle took place.
I guess because, well, ...

Sounds very cool so far!
Let's just say it's kinda cute. Imagine a baby T-Rex trying to kill a coke can.

^Shadow vs. Coke can?! AWESOME! Nice job BTW! :)
Hm. I figured Lythronax wasn't too large, but around the size your estimates.
It is? Huh, still cool though.
Sorry mate, this is a repeat topic. I'm sure a mod will close it down for you soon. Still cool, nonetheless.
This is exactly the theme that is underlined in every movie and each of Crichton's novels guys. Just because you can do something, no matter how spectacular, doesn't necessarily mean that you should do it. But once you get enthralled with this, and COULD make money off of it, it's really hard to restrain yourself. It's part of the human condition: make mistakes. And like people have done for a long time, it's really hard to learn from many of our mistakes.
i deeply miss that.
maybe, I can start my own debate series.
Thanks guys. Tomorrow is where we meet Shadow (baby Shadow vs Coke can included), then Part 4 is his introduction to I-Rex, and Part 5 is the aftermath of the I-Rex escape.
Carnosaur, True but just after the events of the first 3, I'm surprised that parents would be willing to send their kids to a place where they could get eaten if they stick their hand in the cage.
Interesting indeed.
Also yeah, kind miss Cretaceous Carnage.
Love this. The color sounds awesome, can't wait for the next part.
Interesting. Can't wait for more of these, if you will start it again. I also miss the debates you do, Cretaceous Carnage if I'm not wrong.
Ok, maybe not offensive but Saying all the inaccuracies of the movie is very annoying.
and yes you post your opinion.
I just have one thing so say to this.
'Murica
That's all.
because looking at dull planteaters all day would...well...get dull. people like thrills, dangerous animals, excitement. that's not what you'd get with the lumbering sauropods or ankylosaurs.
just my thoughts.
looks good so far!
I just expressed my opinion about the trailer. It is not offensive. After all, we should share our thoughts here, right? Why cannot I express my opinion? So saying that I didn't enjoy the trailer isn't offensive.
That's another good point Heiseiking; Another thought is why can't they just make a park with no Carnivores?
Man, i lost this one too.
sounds great so far.
Wow, I always thought lynthorax was bigger.
Well, saying that the trailer and the movie may be terrible is also somewhat offensive.
The thing that I don't get is, why make a carnivore first? Why not make a herbivore?
