Definitely dont want the feathers. Sure its scientifically correct but just not cool. Need to have more of the friendly dinos, stegos, trikes, brachio. The raptors need to come back but not the ones from the 3rd one. Rex and spino need to make appearances but not super colorful and crap. No dilos please. We need to see some underwater dinosaurs!!!

Heck yes. He was in the first three and should be in the next one too. He should supior to the Spinosaurs this time in a remach. He is smaller but doesnt mean he is weaker than Spinosaurs

i agree, but just for the games, hybrid dinos in the game and not in the movie... i never thought of it, yes the game will be cooler within the hybrids :)

its one of my favuorate games !! even a paleontologist like me has time to play a game some time of the day but this game hasn't been released yet. i like the trex and carno taurus but the pyros bad ass to.

It looks strange to see dino - human hybrids they look so ugly but the real thing is it would not make sense to see such creatures on a film based on a theme park but i gotta hand it to them the idea is good for a war movie not this one realy its freakin strange!.

see now guys i am an expert in paleontology in my country and i am giving the verdict giganotosaurus was much heavier and built big but not as tall as the tyrannosaurus but trex had a much deadly arsenal of claws teeth and brute strength so giganoto was much bigger but rex was more powerfull.

thanks for the reply Gimmeafacehug... and i respect your point of view, but for me it's really clear... T-rex is taller and have ruffer more robust bones, and giga's bones were even more hollow than T-rex's... new theories say that giganotosaurus was lighter than t-rex by a half ton.

i'll give you the answer anyways... its not just jp3 or the discovery of giga, its actually both of those combined, Giga was discoverd in 1997 some paleontoligists spoke about him and put T-Rex in a challenge other than Rodolfo Coria, but not too many people new about it, tell jp3 apeared every body started to put T-Rex in the challange, so yeah the answer is all three combined. thanks for the replies BTW. ** read my other threads that Talk about Predatory dinosaurs sizes **

Hello KillerKnife T-rex may be taller ( guess we'll never know) but i always believed Giganotosaurus to be larger and heavier overall. 2- 3 meters (6-9 feet) on such a large animal can make a world of difference imo. Giga is estimated to be 2 tonnes heavier than T-rex, if I'm not mistaken (correct me if I'm wrong). That would be an advantage in a one-on-one clash to knock it's adversary down, so it could rip it's throat out...I mean, break it's neck. JP3-serum, you know? BUT, T-rex still has some of the most badass looking set of teeth ever. My god, those jaws...makes a rottweiler look like -insert clever animal reference here- I dunno. Deinocheirus is still my favourite though...if it's really a theropod that is.

Some great ideas there but I think I'll pass. I like: -"Biosyn vs Ingen" => corporate fight of the century! FIGHT! -" dense forests" => Not some sets in a studio (jp3), real jungles. (Predator) I do not like: -"secret military terrorist operation" => too obvious, too much references to the present day...Can't we just leave terrorism out of this? -"genetically enhanced dinosaurs/ dino's as a bio weapon" => please God no... -"bid on who should survive." => "My little eye" anyone? However, keep it coming ALI3N, maybe we'll be able to forge a really fantastic story here that's a worthy sequel to JP. I just hope the writers are checking this site regularly then...

That's the same reasons I've came up with. Maybe to steer away favoritism to the new generation of young learners. Telling them not to draw conclusions based on just a name, but with facts....cough("JACK HORNER")....cough. But I'm 27 years old. I've looked up/studies to the best of my knowledge on Spinosaurus, Giganotosaurus, etc....my money is still on the KING.....Tyrannosaurus "REX". I grew up calling it that, and I refuse to change now, like I refuse to accept Pluto is no longer a planet. :) That picture.....is.....I can't even think of words for that picture!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it's cool and all but it doesn't fit for JP, Jurassic Park is one of a kind, similar plots and ideas can be found on other stories besides JP... Terra Nova, a sound of thunder. i'm not hating on you, but jurassic park is one of a kind movie that we don't see alot, ORIGINAL/CLASSICAL BREATHTAKING MOVIE, your plot is awesome for it to be a sequal of Terra nova or a sound of thunder.

as a trex fan, i will try to be as objective as i can. i will try to relate to modern animals to make a few of my points. i have watched the fight between the rex and spino lots of times, its the worst part of the movie, jack horner has even admitted he wanted a new big dog on the block in the new movie, guess what? it back fired, alot of people didnt like jp3 as much as jp1 and 2. anyway back to the fight, in reality i dont think if two possible predators almost the same size would actually fight. they try to intimidate each other to get the other to back down, look at predators today, lions and crocs interact sometimes they dont always fight or kill each other, dinosaurs may have done the same. but if they were to fight it would be like a pitbull (rex) vs a great dane (spino) rex was a heavily built dino, built for power, spino was not. trex i believe was a predator but did scavage at times too, lions, hyneas, bears all do the same thing, they are predators but a large portion of their diet did comprise of dead animals. i do believe rex would win, bc as someone mentioned power of the jaws, intelligence, teeth the size of bananas. as in movie when he bit spino by the neck and swung him around, he was suppose to rip a huge chunk of flest off of him and most likely killing him on the spot but of course they wanted spino to win. anyways i hope a forth jurassic park is made and there is lots of rex to make up for jp3!

I don't see why he wouldn't. Has there been an official public statement about him ditching Rex all together? I think it would be a poor choice on the the Director's part to ignore the Rex, it's the poster-boy for the Jurassic Park series. It would also be like a Jurassic Park without Velociraptors - it just wouldn't work. However, this is a good thread. I'm hoping Rex makes a come back for sure.

i wish if the new movie will make dinosaurs normall... and mostly a rematch trex vs spino. but sadly i don't think it will happen

I agree with you there [b]Bet[/b] and great post [b]Xmorency13[/b]. Rex should have definitely won right from the start, as soon as he latched onto the Spinosaurus' neck. You bring up great points - hopefully in Jurassic Park 4, we see the king regain his title!

I prefer option 1. However, if the HYBRID dinosaurs idea is used in the right way, it could be a cool film. I didn't like the idea of Human-Dino cross-breed hybrids. But if the dinosaurs themselves are hybrids of each other in hopes to create even greater attractions, hell yes! It really depends. But I too agree, I would also like to see a rematch between Rex and the Spinosaurus, with the Rex reclaiming his title as king. ( #TeamRex )

I agree, I would definitely want normal dinosaurs in Jurassic Park 4. The hybrid-dino idea just wouldn't be successful I think.

I do believe Tyrannosaurus would win the battle given recent finds of T-rex being pack hunters, Jack horner is right and wrong about our magnificent beast here. Tyrannosaurus rex probably hunted and scavenged because it was big enough to scar most other predators away from a kill
