MemberAllosaurusJun-25-2016 6:45 PMThis is my 500th post, yay. The fight takes place after the events of The Story of Spinax, let's get this battle of the spined titans on.
Spinax
Length: 55 ft
Height: 18 ft (head), 27 ft (sail)
Acrocanthosaurus
Length: 43 ft
Height: 16 ft (head), 17 ft (spine)
Arena: Isla Nublar Swamp
Fight!
Spinax walked through the shallow water, looking for a meal. He spotted an easy kill: a Kaprosuchus. The Spinosaurus lunged for it, grabbing it in his jaws. The prey howled in agony right before a sickening crunch was heard. The aquatic dinosaur killed his victim, carrying it away.
Far away, a female Acrocanthosaurus sniffed the air. She detected the scent of a dead Kaprosuchus, following it. The Allosauroid came across Spinax walking, the Kapro in his jaws. Why wasn't he eating it?
She charged forward, catching the Spinosaurus by the neck. He dropped his meal, roaring in surprise and anger. Spinax reached up with his left arm, slashing her neck. She staggered to her left, letting go.
Both carnivores faced each other, looking each other in the eye. Spinax charged, chomping down on the Acro's throat. She clawed his shoulder, kicking him in the rib. The Spinosaurus stumbled to his right, growling.
He reached up, biting down on her spine. She screamed, clamping down on his knee. Spinax simply kicked her, knocking some of his opponent's teeth out. The Acro went for his sail, her jaws closing around it. Spinax howled, his roars echoing across the land. He bucked wildly, freeing his sail.
The Spinosaurus slapped her in the face, she grabbed his upper jaw. He raked the bottom of her neck with his claws, shoving her back. The Acro headbutted him in the side, snarling. Spinax replied with a loud bellow as she charged. She ran towards him, the two smashing into each other. They winced as they felt their ribs shatter, stepping back.
The Spinosaurus hit her in the eye, dazing her. She let out a terribly loud roar, allowing him to bite her leg. He pressed forward, knocking the Acro to the ground.
She lashed out, slashing his lower jaw. Spinax stumbled back, growling. The Acrocanthosaurus saw a nearby rock, picking it up in her jaws. She swung her head, letting it go. The object flew through the air, smashing into the right side of the Spinosaurus's skull. His head jerked to the side, teeth and blood flying everywhere.
Spinax had a black eye, and holy fuck was he angry. He let out a Godzilla-like growl, leaping forward. His jaws scraped her arm, he latched onto it, pulling. The limb came off, making the Acro yelp in pain. She chomped down on his neck with the max strength of her bite, shaking him. She began running with him, the Spinosaurus dragging along. Spinax had enough, he reached up with his foot, kicking her.
He grabbed a heavy boulder in his arms, carrying it to the Acro. She bit his shoulder, making him throw it at her chest. Spinax then picked it back up, smashing it down on her back. This snapped the Acrocanthosaurus's spine, causing her great pain. She let out one final blood-curdling scream before the Spinosaurus dropped the rock on her skull, killing her.
Spinax picked up his kill, carrying it back to his family. They had a meal, but that wouldn't prepare them for the devil rising...
Winner: Spinax
