Why I think Spinosaurus is not that famous

I would just like to scream this out before you continue reading:

THIS IS MY PERSONAL, HENCE PERSONAL BELIEF OF WHY SPINOSAURUS ISN'T THAT FAMOUS.

We all know not many people know about Spinosaurus, the people who know lots of inof on this Dinosaur are usually Jurassic park fans and dinosaur lovers.

Reasons why I believe Spinosaurus never got the attention it deserved

1- Only ONE complete fossil has been found of Spinosaurus, but sadly it was shattered into dust when the museum it was in was bombed druign World War 2, beofre it got a chance for everybody to find out about it

2- Since it was utterly destroyed, obviously peole din't go to see it, therefore people neevr knew about it

3- For years, the public is "taught" that the all-time "king of the dinosaurs" was T-rex, and you can't blame them.

4- When Jurassic Park came out, the main thing people wanted to see in it were, of course, dinosaurs, but the T-Rex was one of the main highlights in the movie, I mean for crying out loud the T- Rex is in the logo of Jurassic Park.

5- Jurassic Park made T-Rex even more famous, and made Raptors even more extremely famous. They started merchandising, people researched raptors more, the Internet even made a meme of the Velociraptor.

6- The only reason why more peole these days know about Spinosaurus is because mainly of Jurassic Park 3, but even in the scene where Spino kills the T- Rex, people got really mad that this "fin thing" killed the "almighty king" of the dinosaurs! S

7- So in conclusion, that is my opinion why Spinosaurus isn't that famous. I am not saying T-Rex is weak compared to Spino, I am just sating my beliefs on why T-Rex isn;t that famous, so please don't try to start a fight with me.

Of course, feel free to post your opinions on why Spino isn't that famous.

the specimen wasn't complete, it very fragmentary. I do agree it deserves more of a spotlight, though.

Thank you, I tried to use as much real logic as possible. But let's not forget the real reason why World War 2 was bad...

That's about it.

Damn Art School, why didn't you just accept Hitler? He wouldn't have gotten into politics, and he wouldn't have started the damn war. Fun fact, it wasn't until he had been in control for a year or two before he went insane, before that, he was a great leader. The man was a genius, he brought a country from debt to near world domination.

@Tyrant everybody does! So many lives lost becauseof one man...

@Mr Happy I know that. Funny, apparently, he was an extremely active Christian as a boy and was even an altar server! And even if the art school accepted him, he would still have come insane, though...

Thing is though he wouldn't have been control of an entire country when he did go insane. I've also heard he believed in aliens (one theory being that an alien made him start WW2 for world domination, but if he failed, they would protect him. Instead, he was killed and the gun placed in his hand, unlikely, but still a theory).

@Mrhappy True, but sadly enough, destiny wouldn't have it like that. We will NEVER know why these things happen, or why "he" lets them happens. And those theories are probably false, just people wanting to get attention.

I know, just saying, it's a theory I've heard.

I know, just saying. Let's get out of this discussion, we don't need to talk about Hitler in a Spinosaurus topic.

I do believe more specimens then just the bombed one... The wars not entirely to blame here either... Hitler most likely would've destroyed it none the less because it challanged his faith... That is why Brave Men and Women took up arms...

But of course, The mainstream "Museum go-ers" Are mainly in north america, In north america, I can tell you this as a hard fact, Their is probably only one or two in a museum some where... But other then that You wouldn't see a spino in a museum... Why? Because In north american museums they have dinosaurs unearthed from the near by area, It costs Quite the shining silver dollar to ship a fossil like said spino from overseas to north america...

Very costly...

You could even say...

"We spared no exspense..."
