My theory about four winged dinosaurs

But let's begin with the beginning.
I learned somewhere about a special breed of chickens, the Duccle Belgian chicken. What is there so interesting about this bird? Well, those chickens have feathers on their feet. And not fluffly fur-like feathers, but developed, strong feathers. Now, those birds walk very silly, raising their feet very up while stepping. So I thought this could happen in feathered-feet raptors too, when walking to the ground. Raising up their feet would prevent them stumbling because of the elongated foot feathers. The more I think about this, the more I think this theory is very likely to happen.
Here it is: a video of the chicken's walk:
So, what do you think?
