Terrance's Story: New World Chapter 9

New Predators

About a year later, Terrance, Thorn, and the Spinosaurus, Sylvester, are enjoying a few Sarcosuchus's that Sylvester killed. Terrance and Thorn really enjoyed Sarcosuchus, but couldn't do much in the way of catching them. The Sarcosuchus knew what Terrance and Thorn were capable of, and didn't dare attack them when they drank. It was a hot day, Sylvester was fishing while Terrance and Thorn were laying down in the shade of a large tree, trying to stay as cool as possible. They knew they had a good territory, next to a large section of the river, and they had been challenged for it before.

A Charcarodontosaurus roared out a challenge to them, and Sylvester was the first to accept, having fought Charcars before. Terrance stood up, half asleep, and Thorn was asleep. When Terrance was fully awake, Sylvestor had already driven off the Charcar, with the help of Terrance's intimidating size. The Charcar thought that it could take out Sylvester while Terrance and Thorn slept, and then take them out quickly. When Terrance had woken up, he knew it was bad idea to stay.Sylvester looked at Terrance, happy that he hadn't been injured, and now seeing that was a good choice to share the territory with Terrance and Thorn.

Terrance looked around sensing something else, and roared in the direction it was. A Giganotosaurus stepped out of the tree line, and then ran off, seeing it was a bad idea to attack. Terrance saw that Giganotosaurus were big, at least equal in length to him. He knew exactly what was and wasn't a threat to him and Thorn. There weren't many, but Terrance saw that Giganotosaurus and Charcarodontosaurus were two to watch out for.
