Metriacanthosaurus in Jurassic Park 4

Does anyone else think that Metriacanthosurus could/should make an appearance in Jurassic Park 4? Personally I think that it should because it's name appeared in the scene were Nedry was stealing the embryos in the first movie. [img]http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20120609001826/jurassicpark/images/6/60/Jptourmap2.jpg[/img] I know that Metriacanthosaurus isn't as catchy as Velociraptor or T-Rex, but I think it should appear at some point in the movie.

I do really want to see Yang on jp4. Its my second favorite dinosaur, what can you say. I would think it could be a nasty dinosaur that you wouldn't want to run into, and they do. It could kill someone, chase them around. Destroy a bit of stuff. And then get killed at the very end when T. rex saves the humans form it.

Like with Velociraptors in the first movie, but not as important. Give Rex it's hero moment in the movie, didn't see/don't remember if there was a Rex hero scene in the second movie, and Spino saved the people from the Carno in a way in the third.

Not really. Remember, in the book, Carno was up by the second movie. Spino saved people from Cerato.

Oh, and Carno was not in JP 3. It was Ceratosaurus.

He was correcting me, not you. Carno and Cerato are close, and there are discussions for Carno not Cerato, so I didn't think about Cerato

Back to the Allosaurs. It would be cool to have a final dramatic fight at the end. Yang vs T. rex. Yang may be half as heavy, but is a hole lot faster. It was only 5 feet shorter too.

5 feet shorter, but way lighter. Even if it was fast, Rex wasn't a slouch either. It would be a good fight, but in the end, the general population (people who know nothing) would be happier to see Rex win in an awesome way.

There is a lot of similarities, but the one noticeable difference is the lack of nose horn on Carno.

Jp3 made them look similar on purpose. They changed Cerato a bit to make it look like Carno. And I'm sure that T. rex would cream Yang, the fight would be very good, and it wouldn't be Ty easy.

It would be a good fight, and in real life, Rex wouldn't get out of the fight unharmed. In Jurassic Park however, Rex would cream it with little to no effort, and Rex would live on as the invincible, king of the dinosaurs that had a shallow defeat in JP 3. Lets hope that Rex at least gets a noticeable wound.

I honestly don't care if Rex creams any dinosaur, Yang or Spino. I just wanna see it return as the major super predator. If it kills any other large carnivore, that's an added bonus.

Well I think they would try to make it in some real life and give rex some pretty bad wounds.mif not, then I'm going to be screaming at Trever and Speilberg.

That's true. I would like to see Rex get some form of injury in the fight if there is one.

Good point. There might not be a fight. What we need is to make the animations for DinoFights fights. That would be really cool.

Fight or not, I'm sure Jurassic Park 4 will be great with Spielberg in production. Personally, going off topic, I would love to see Rex and Spino alliance instead of a Rex/Spino fight.
