What didn't we know about dinosaurs?

The only things dinosaurs left behind when they went extinct are bones, skin imprints and feather imprints. When you think about it, we know very little. We don't know what colors most of them were. Just think: if zebras and giraffes went extinct 65 million years ago, we wouldn't know what color they were, the patterns they had, or the weird way giraffes drink water, for that matter. They would be depicted as a dull brown or some other monotone color most of the time. We also don't know about fleshy attachments. We wouldn't know if they had rooster combs, camel humps, or 20 foot long tongues. It was once speculated that Spinosaurus had a hump rather than a sail, but it's not generally accepted. Possible, but not probable. Camels are known for their humps, but they don't show up in their skeleton. Yeah. They look almost just like long necked horses. We wouldn't really even know if they had ears like humans (actually, we would, based on inner ear structure, but you get the point)! On the note of unpreserved fleshy things, there could have been a 100 foot long slug and it wouldn't have shown up in fossils! Nor would a giant leach... But you have to admit it's possible... What do you think?
