Should Billy Brennan come back to Jurassic Park 4?

I thought about this a while ago, what if Billy came back for the fourth film? It could be very clever to bring him back. How the film would start would be that Billy finally had enough money for his latest invention, a 3D bone scanner (Jurassic Park 3 printer scanner) and was able to replicate bones from the dinosaurs they found from the dig, but Billy needed funding in order to show the rest of the world his technology. As Billy looks from the tent, he sees four men in black. They confront him in offering him a 'job'. As it turns out to be Biosyn, the new hancho of Biosyn is Dogson, after he offers him a deal Billy can't refuse, a funding for his new technology and the dig itself. Billy shows him what the 3D scanner can do with the bones, and as Dogson was astonished by this, he asks Billy would you like to go on a trip? Billy says "Where too?" "You'll know when you get there" As the men in black nock Billy out. Billy wakes up from a coma as Dogson points a light at Billy, he orders Billy to retrieve dinosaur eggs from each species on Isla Nublar, Billy confronts to why not Isla Sorna, Dogson confirms that is where they have their operations now. Billy agrees, Dogson tells him what to do. They put Billy to sleep again! He wakes up as he sees the sky falling away from him, he looks in shock as the forest comes toward him! He quickly pulls his parachute and crashlands. And the rest is to be continued for further ideas........ What do you guys think of this? Lemme know!
