Well, maybe the shutdown tripped the circuit breakers. All we have to do is turn them back on. Reboot a few systems in here. Telephones. Security doors, and a half dozen others but it worked. The system's ready.

For the fight, I'd say its 50-50. Z-Rex might have been more powerful but, it's not always about power. Torvosaurus has speed, aglity and more useful arms on its side. While, Z-rex has power, intelligence, and a slightly more powerful bulid.
